  _________________________

If you are having a problem with Voyager 98, don't hesitate
  to contact us.

Please follow these instructions on how to proceed.

o First of all make sure your problem isn't covered in the help
file located in your Voyager 98 folder.

o In order for us to give you a quick and accurate solution it is
necessary that you supply us with some standard information about
     your system.

display adapter and CPU type and speed).

5. KNOWN PROBLEMS OR LIMITATIONS
_____________________________________________________________________

All the items on this list are being worked on and will be fixed in
  later releases.

o You cannot create a shortcut when you drag a file from the
       Voyager window to the desktop.

To perform this task in Voyager select the file(s) you want a
shortcut to and click on one of them with the right mouse to
display the context menu. Select "Copy". Next click with your
right mouse on a empty spot on your Desktop. Select "Paste
Shortcut" and the shortcut(s) should appear on your desktop.

In Microsoft Windows 98 you can right click on a file and
choose the SendTo menu and select "Desktop as shortcut".

Note: A side affect to this limitation is that dropping a
file on a shortcut on the desktop won't open the shortcut
       with the dropped file.

o A local folder must always be either source or destination
(i.e. you cannot copy from an archive to another archive,
or from a FTP site to a FTP site).

o If you use ACD System's PicaView utility under Microsoft
Windows 98 and get no thumbnail in the context menu please
check 'Compability Mode' in PicaView's Options.

o If you have the original versions of some system libraries
that shipped with the first release of Microsoft Windows 95
Voyager is unable to display the Filter dialog and Order
Wizard. This does not apply to Windows NT 4.0.

To correct this problem reinstall Enriva Voyager 98 and
make sure you install the updated Common Control libraries.
