ActiveCandy 2.0 - Eye-candy ActiveX Controls
Copyright 1998 Edward Blake
All Rights Reserved

	ActiveCandy is a small set of Eye-Candy controls that
gives a "professional" appearance to programs. Note that this
is not always considered good interface design by most developers,
Especially for work applications. The case is usually different
for games, which are expected to have some kind of radical interface.

Whats New in 2.0:
    * Shrinked image size by reducing colors whenever it was
      possible without deteriorating the image quality.
    * Two new controls, CandyScreen and CandyHCommand
    * Two new backgrounds for CandyCommand and Two new SphereTypes
      for CandySphere
    * Focus indicators\appearance
    * Disablement indicators\appearance

What's to note:
      The current website for ActiveCandy is now
      http://members.tripod.com/~eddyblake

      the former address should not be used because the author
      cannot access it in the summer time (it's a school server,
      no school in the summer time), and anyway downloads tend
      to fail from there anyway.

      Also, There is a risk of incompatibility with CandyCheck, the
      incompatible method is "AboutMe", which brings up the About
      Box. Otherwise the component should work perfectly, if not,
      please inform blakee@rcsn.nb.ca, thanks

To install the control, start setup.exe, follow the
instructions and then you will be set.

ActiveCandy needs the MSVBVM50.DLL and other standard supporting DLLs.

ActiveCandy is freeware, you can use for anything you want, it can
even be used in a commercial program, just as long as I get a bit of
recognition, for example by giving credit in the About dialog box of
your program.
