How to install THAIEDIT
======================

After downloading the file unzip it into a
directory of your choice. Get winzip or pkunzip
to decompress the package. It is a shareware program.
That means you can try it before you buy it without
a fee and you can share it freely with others.
If you don't order THAIEDIT within 30 days you
have to delete it.

About the functions:
====================

Mouseinput:
-----------
Click on "Mouseinput", move the mouse over a Latin
letter in the mouse window and see what Thailetters
pop up. The way they are ordered is easy to learn.
Under "#" you find e.g. the Thai numbers "0..9"
and under "K" various Thai "K", the most often used
one first. Click on one to type it at the cursor.
Another click on "Mouseinput" will close the mouse
window. You can use a Thai keyboard as well after
selecting "keyboard" in the menu. In that case the
cursor is changed to vertical.

Some unreasonable combinations of Thai letters
are inhibited. The height of a tone sign is
adjusted when a top-vowel is added or removed.
Remark: A Thai upper or lower sign can only be
placed at certain Thai letters or at space.

Pressing the right mousebutton selects a word.
You can copy it anywhere by dragging and dropping.
