Workstation Bar

The Workstation Bar is by default shown below the group bar, the archive bar, and the menu. It can be removed by choosing the 'Workstation Bar' item of the 'View' menu. This is a toggle - if the Workstation Bar is not visible choosing the same menu item will make it visible. From left to right the items on the workstation bar are:

  • The string 'Workstation'.
  • A combo box that lets you to choose the current workstation. The selection is also reflected in the Status Bar.
  • The description button. Pressing this will pop up the Description Dialog.
  • The enable/disable button. Pressing this will enable/disable the running of UPDATE at each boot of the workstation. It is enabled when pressed in.
  • The ignore button. Pressing this button will pop up the Ignore Dialog.
  • The command button. Pressing this button will pop up the Command Dialog.
  • The archive version button. Pressing this button will pop up the Archive Version Dialog.
  • The groups button. Pressing this button will pop up the Add/Remove Dialog.
