Purpose: PhrontLine IVR is an interactive voice response
         system for a small business or an individual.
         (An IVR system is a phone answering system that
         provides information, handles support calls,
         takes orders, records messages, passes a call on
         to an operator...etc) PhrontLine IVR allows for
         the creation of an IVR system that has as many
         'levels' as is needed to provide your callers
         with the information and support they require.
         PhrontLine is targeted at saving small business'
         time and money by relieving the owners of 
         repetive phone calls such as "What are your
         hours?", "Can you provide information on 
         such-and-such a product?", "I'd like to place
         an order" and by being available 24 hours a day,
         7 days a week. Its features are comparable with
         those of much larger IVR systems.

Installation: PhrontLine IVR is a self-extracting archive.
         Run the included installation program and
         you will be taken step-by-step through the
         install process. PhrontLine requires TAPI
         (from Microsoft) which is built into Windows '98,
         but must be installed separately for Windows '95.
         Information on acquiring this software is
         included.

Status: PhrontLine IVR is commercial software and this
        is a demonstration version. This demonstration
        version will allow you to create a complete IVR
        system and test it. In order to deploy your IVR
        system you must purchase this product.
