20 Jul 98 - SetTime v1.1 released. Switched to dynamic linking of the MFC DLL's
to make the executable file size smaller, and the resource requirements smaller.

20 Jul 98 - Rewrote the graphics routine to draw the blue and white boxes. It is
now cleaner, and doesn't need to constantly redraw itself.

20 Jul 98 - Found source of some users' errors. If an attempt is made to
connect to the server while offline, then the user connects, and attempts
again, a "Socket Not Connected" error occurs. To solve this, simply restart
SetTime. It has to do with the socket binding.

This is the first release of SetTime, and at this time, expect
perhaps one more to add some more features. Currently, these
are the features you can expect from SetTime v1.0:

Determining the exact time from one of three US standard servers:
the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and two
servers from the US Naval Observatory.

You can specify your own server, if you so wish, so long as it's
SNTP TEXT output follows the format of one of those servers.

SetTime will automatically adjust your system clock, or leave it
alone if you so wish.

SetTime will stay minimized in your taskbar, and can automatically
check the time once a day.
