The install file(s) and program file(s) you have downloaded do not include the necessary runtime files required to operate. These files were stripped by the archive service in order to conserve storage space and reduce download time.

You may already have these files on your system. These runtime files must only be installed once. If they are already on your system, you will not have to download them.

To see whether the required files are already on your system, simply start the installation program (SetUp.Exe) for your software. If you receive an error message "Could not find required files", then you will have to download the runtime files.

These files can be downloaded and installed by going to the WWW address (URL) below:

You can also click on the link below (vb500a.zip) to begin the download operation.

After downloading the ZIP archive, use Windows Explorer to extract the ZIP files and start the program vb500a.Exe. This program will detect any existing files and install only the files required to allow your software to operate.
