Actioneer for MS Outlook is the easiest way to get information into Outlook!

Install the program simply by launching the AMO105f.exe program.

This is Shareware and you have a 30-day fully-featured trial version.

***  2.   CHANGES BETWEEN VERSIONS 1.0.4 AND 1.0.5  ***

This Actioneer update supports all versions of Microsoft Outlook
98 - No Email, Internet Only, and Corporate/Workgroup.  You can now
link contacts and attach files to action notes with the No Email and
Internet Only versions of Outlook 98.

Actioneer now supports international date formats.  The parser
will recognize dates and times you enter based on your system's
regional setting.

        We suggest you install the latest Windows 95, NT, and
        Microsoft Office patches

B.  Microsoft Outlook Versions
        Outlook 97 (we suggest installing SR-1 for Office available 
        at www.microsoft.com).
	Outlook 98 - all versions.

C.  Microsoft Outlook Services
        Only the Microsoft Exchange Server and Internet Mail services
        are supported for this 1.0.5 release.

***  5.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE INSTALLING ***

A.  It is recommended that you install, properly configure, and run  
Microsoft Outlook on your system before installing Actioneer for 
Microsoft Outlook.

B.  If you would like the feature of having access to email addresses 
directly from your Contacts folder, you will want to setup the 
Outlook Address Book in your profile, and set the Contacts folder to 
'Show this folder as an e-mail address book' within the Outlook 
Address Book.  This must be done in Outlook first before the option 
is available in Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook.

***  6.   INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION NOTES  ***

A.  When you open Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook, a prompt may 
appear asking which Outlook profile should be used.  If you click 
Cancel to this prompt, an error may occur.  If this error occurs,
you must select a profile and it must be a valid profile in order 
to run Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook.

B.  The Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook uninstall will leave behind 
the Actioneer directories and the customized keywords.kna file.

C.  Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook currently does not recognize the
Windows date setting "dd-MMM-yy".  You will need to change to another
date format from the Control Panel's Regional Settings dialog.

****  7.   KNOWN ISSUES  ****

A.  The Outlook address book search order has a direct impact on 
whether or not something is parsed correctly using keywords.  For 
best results, have the Outlook Address Book at the top of the search 
order.  To view your search order when in Outlook, select Tools / 
Address Book..., then under the Address Book dialog, select Tools / 
Options, and the last list box displays which address books are 
available for searching and in what order.

B.  If you link a contact to an action note and send it as a Mail
Message, Task Request, or Meeting Request, all fields for the linked 
contact's record will appear on the recipients' ends.
