Personal Library is a simple, effective text-based repository
in which software developers can store portions of
code to be re-used. Use it as a place to store easily referenced
samples for those times when you say: "Let's see, I have
done this before; how did I do it?"

The primary design concept behind Personal Library
was to keep things as simple as possible. Simple text
files are used to store the library samples; no database, no
special drivers, etc. There are several commercial products on
the market that provide repositories of various levels of
sophistication; Personal Library is not one of them! If you need
a simple, inexpensive, yet efficient way to maintain your
"how to" library, consider Personal Library.

To install Personal Library:
1. Unzip contents of zip file to a temporary directory.
2. Run Setup.exe and follow the prompts.
