In order to run correctly CONVERT, You need some "run time"
files used with Visual Basic written application.

These files are common for almost all application compiled with
the same Visual Basic compiler (in this case VB 5.0). If You
have already installed a similar application, all .DLL files
(run-time ) are also installed and You don't need to bother
about it. You simply create new directory with a name
of Your choice (conv, convert, cnvrt etc...) and unzip
the file cnvrth10.zip into it.

If the program refuses to work trying to find some .dll file,
you have to copy them from Simtelnet place and install them in
default windows\system dirctory.

Archive is: /simtelnet/win95/dll/vb5rtsp3.zip
self extracting file vb5rtsp3.exe.

Copy it to \windows\system and run it

CONVERT will run correctly.

Try it and enjoy it.
