Spi.exe (Sputnik Image viewer) - viewer for vector, raster and vector on raster 
data. Formats supported - .tif, .dxf and their equivalents(.blk, .spv).

Program can view even Gb files using a bit of free memory space. 
No installation or environment variable registration required.

Commercial or non-commercial use of digital satellite imagery products
(vatican.tif, vatican.dxf) can be performed only with prior written consent of 
Sovinformsputnik. 
In that case "Copyright (c)Sovinformsputnik, 1998" must be clearly marked.

The program is freeware and freely distributed. It is not allowed to modify
the program or parts of it in any kind or to disassemble the program.
Program is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.

Program provides scrolling, zooming, printing, quick moving to any part of the
image, string searching, on/off layers toggle and polygon drawing with length
measurement. 
"Open" dialog box is able to select two files (with Ctrl) for opening 
a vector on a raster. Command line mode also provided.

For quick moving - open thumb nail image by "Navigator" button then drag 
rectangle to new place.
For string searching - open search combo box and select sting by double clicking.
For on/off layers - open layer combo box, (the on layers are highlighted,
off - is not) select necessary layers and press the button on the box for 
confirm, or title of the box - for cancel.
For length measurement - push "Draw" button and mark vertices by clicking, to cancel - 
toggle button.
Total length and coordinate of the cursor occurs in the status bar.
The units of length measurements are the same as that from .dxf.

To preserve .dxf scale in .spv, open the dxf-file on appropriate raster,
and then save it. Dxf-file should contain header.
