***  1.   WHAT'S NEW IN THIS RELEASE  ***

Actioneer now supports international date formats.  The parser
will recognize dates and times you enter based on your system's
regional setting.

Also with this release our registration scheme has changed to become
a 30-day trial period.  If you are upgrading from a previous release
and you have not entered your unique user registration number, you 
will see a window prompting you to enter the number.  If you have 
purchased an earlier version of Actioneer and misplaced your number,
please email Actioneer technical support within 30 days of installing
this version to get a new number.

This update also supports the "Corporate or Workgroup"
version of Microsoft Outlook 98.  While this update generally works 
with the No Email and Internet Only editions of Outlook 98, there are
known bugs in those editions of Outlook that prevent some Actioneer 
features from working.

***  3.   SUPPORTED FOR THIS 1.04 RELEASE  ***

A.  Operating System Requirements
        Windows 95 or NT 4.0.

        We suggest you install the latest Windows 95, NT, and
        Microsoft Office patches

B.  Microsoft Outlook Versions
        Outlook 97 (we suggest installing SR-1 for Office available 
        at www.microsoft.com).
	Outlook 98 - Corporate or Workgroup version only.

C.  Microsoft Outlook Services
        Only the Microsoft Exchange Server and Internet Mail services
        are supported for this 1.0 release.

***  4.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE INSTALLING ***

A.  It is recommended that you install, properly configure, and run  
Microsoft Outlook on your system before installing Actioneer for 
Microsoft Outlook.

B.  If you would like the feature of having access to email addresses 
directly from your Contacts folder, you will want to setup the 
Outlook Address Book in your profile, and set the Contacts folder to 
'Show this folder as an e-mail address book' within the Outlook 
Address Book.  This must be done in Outlook first before the option 
is available in Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook.

***  5.   INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION NOTES  ***

A.  When you open Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook, a prompt may 
appear asking which Outlook profile should be used.  If you click 
Cancel to this prompt, an error may occur.  If this error occurs,
you must select a profile and it must be a valid profile in order 
to run Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook.

B.  The Actioneer for Microsoft Outlook uninstall will leave behind 
the Actioneer directories and the customized keywords.kna file

****  6.   KNOWN ISSUES  ****

A.  The Outlook address book search order has a direct impact on 
whether or not something is parsed correctly using keywords.  For 
best results, have the Outlook Address Book at the top of the search 
order.  To view your search order when in Outlook, select Tools / 
Address Book..., then under the Address Book dialog, select Tools / 
Options, and the last list box displays which address books are 
available for searching and in what order.
