for database driver requirements, the latest FAQs and product updates. If you don't find the necessary information to install TapQuest and connect to your database(s) please don't hesitate to contact our customer support either through our website at:

or by sending an e-mail with a description of your problem to:

customer.support@athalian.com

We encourage you to e-mail us any questions you might have while evaluating TapQuest. We are always looking for customer feedback and we are especially eager to hear any suggestions you might have for the improvement of our products.

We realize that training is necessary to work efficiently with any software. To make it as convenient and as easy as possbile for you to explore TapQuest's capabilities, we decided to
integrate an online tutorial and reference guide.

When you open the TapQuest Help menu you will find below the standard help features a link called Administrator Manual and/or User Manual (depending on the module you are using). Click to launch it and use the tutorial(s) to get to know TapQuest through easy to follow hands-on examples.
We hope this feature will help you to quickly exploit all of TapQuest's capabilities.

If you work in a multilanguage environment TapQuest allows you to switch between languages. Open the Options menu and click on General Options. Select the Language tag and choose the desired language. After a change just relaunch TapQuest and you will be able to work in the
previously selected language.
Current languages supported are English and French, but we will support more in the future.
Contact us if you are looking for a specific language.

The TapQuest 1.0 Shareware is designed for local database access. If you need to access a client/server database you should consider our client/server version. TapQuest 1.0 Client/Server allows you to access virtually any database using either ODBC or the BDE (Borland Database Engine). Check our website for more details.

If you are interested in integrating TapQuest into your development application please have a look at TapQuest for Developer. You can find more information about our developer module at:

http://www.athalian.com/TapQuestDeveloperEn.htm

TapQuest for Developer is completely based on COM interfaces. This allows you to build TapQuest queries directly from within your development application using your prefered programming language.

We hope these additional information will help you get started with TapQuest. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any problems, questions or feedback you might have. We are here to help.

Sincerely,

U. Markus Graeber
