Troubleshooting
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-Embassador aborts after entering registration information-
If your system is behind a firewall then Embassador may not be able to
send its registration message when first installed.  Add a new string
value called 'Registration - Mail Server' to the system registry entry
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IntegraSoft\Embassador\Settings
and set its value to the address of your mail server.  This will
instruct Embassador to use the specified server for sending its
registration message instead of using the IntegraSoft server.  See below
for details on editing the system registry.
-Embassador is unable to send pages to one or more paging carriers-
Some paging carriers still use 1200 bps modems.  By default, Embassador
is set to use 2400 bps.  Add a new string value called 'Baud Rate' to
the system registry entry
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IntegraSoft\Embassador\Settings
and set its value to '1200'.  See below for details on editing the
system registry.
Editing the System Registry
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Care should be taken when editing the system registry because accidental
changes can cause problems with the operation of installed programs,
including the operating system.

To modify the system registry select the Run option in your operating
system and type in REGEDIT for the program name. This will bring up the
registry editor which is divided into two panes. The pane on the left
shows all of the defined registry keys and the pane on the right shows
the value of the currently selected key.

Pressing the plus sign '+' to the left of any given key will expand the
display to show additional keys. To get to the Settings section for
Embassador one would press the plus sign next to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER',
then next to 'Software', then 'IntegraSoft', then 'Embassador', and
finally 'Settings'.

To add a new value highlight the registry key where the new value should
be placed and then from the menu bar select Edit, New, String Value.
This will create a new value and wait for a name to be typed in. The
actual value of the string can then be specified by selecting Edit,
Modify and typing in the desired value.
