Consider how you define your service
If what you sell is separate from what consumers consume (memberships to a club) then define your products in two tiers
Tier 1 - The Products you sell and get money for -- These are products without any costs
Tier 2 - The Services your consumers consume -- These are products with 0 price and allocated costs
If what you sell is a direct reflection of what the consumers use then allocate the costs to the product as you would do for a physical product
