I would love to pretend that I had the answer to this one right on the tip of my tongue, but I figured I would do the smart thing for once and talk to our tech department. Their answer, after a lengthy discussion, was ... probably.

You're likely to see a 32-bit version of IE sometime next year. Our plans are to upgrade our engine, and when that happens, 32-bit is the next logical step.

On the other hand, the OS/2 WARP version of IE is pretty much a fantasy. There aren't enough WARP users at the present time to justify the expense of developing for WARP. If you work for IBM and are mortally offended by this statement, please don't hesitate to contact our tech department.
