GRABMAP

This program can be used to extract the map image from the data
file created by the scenario editor (cc-scen).

Really, you could just use convert, but this way you don't have
to worry about the extra file floating about.

Usage
-----
grabmap scen.dat newmap.map

newmap.map will be created if it does not exist.
