In Antwerp, the square in front of the town hall and the the Cathedral of Our Lady, is known as the "Great Market".

The square is bordered by the facades of the old guild-houses of the 16th and 17th centuries. E.g. The Cloth-Workers House, the Tanners-House, the Coopers-House.
