Internet Scheduling - Using Internet Sidekick's revolutionary new Internet Scheduler is as easy as sending e-mail. Users simply select a time on their Internet Sidekick Calendar and choose the participants from their Internet Sidekick Contact File which is fully integrated with Internet e-mail address books in products such as Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Eudora.
The group activity is automatically added to the initiator's Internet Sidekick Calendar. Internet Sidekick then sends the group event to the participants using Internet e-mail so that scheduling messages can go across platforms, across firewalls, and across time zones-and reach anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Recipients of the Internet Sidekick group event, can reply by accepting, declining, delegating, or can send a Reschedule Request and attach a Free Time Report for easy rescheduling. Even those who don't have Internet Sidekick can easily reply to meeting requests via their current Internet e-mail system. As replies are received by the initiator of the event, Internet Sidekick automatically reads the messages and updates the Activities View which centrally tracks all your daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
