IMPORTANT!

Before you can play Over the Reich you must install 
Quicktime for Windows(tm) and, if you are running
Windows 95, also Microsoft DirectX(tm).

Run the following install programs:

Windows 95
==========
installs\directx\dxsetup.exe
installs\qt32.exe

Windows 3.1
===========
installs\qt16.exe




If you have Windows 95, you should run the OTR95.EXE
version of Over the Reich.  Otherwise, run OTR31.EXE
for Windows 3.1.
