LIMITED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software game program ("Software") is protected by copyright. Any 
unauthorized use, reproduction or adaptation of it in whole or in part for 
commercial purposes, including making copies or translations of it or 
selling, letting, hiring or otherwise exploiting it in whole or in part is 
strictly prohibited. 

This Software may be transmitted electronically free of charge, provided 
that you do not charge or receive any consideration from any other person 
for the receipt or use of this Software. The Software must be distributed as 
a whole and this agreement must accompany the Software at all times. The 
archive and install program must also be distributed without modification.

Gee Whiz! Entertainment does not make any warranty express or implied, as to 
the suitability of this Software for any particular purpose. While great 
care has been taken to ensure robust, error and virus free software, and 
clear, concise instructions for using it, no responsibility will be accepted 
for special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from its use. This 
software is free of copy-protection coding and operates under Windows 3.1 
and Windows 95.
