This version of Landscape Explorer is sold subject to the following agreement :-


         WoolleySoft - Software License Agreement

License

Woolleysoft grants you a license to: (a) use the program Landscape Explorer.exe 
on a single machine; (b) copy the program Landscape Explorer.exe into any machine 
readable form for backup purposes in support of your use of the program Landscape 
Explorer.exe on the single machine.  All other programs and files on this disk are 
public domain and may be copied and distributed without restriction.


Limited Warranty 

Except for the limited warranty set forth in the next paragraph, the program is 
provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, 
including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and 
fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and 
performance of the program is with you.  WoolleySoft does not warrant that
the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or that the 
operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.

WoolleySoft warrants to the original licensee that the diskette on which the 
software program is recorded is free from defects in material and workmanship 
under normal use and service for a period of 60 days from the delivery date.  
Your exclusive remedy is replacement of the defective diskette provided you 
return it to WoolleySoft.

In no event will WoolleySoft be liable to you for any damages, including any 
lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising 
out of the use or inability to use the software, or for any claim by any other 
party.

You may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license to the software without 
the express permission of WoolleySoft.
