Well, I thought with all the talk about the mint and the chocolate
I would create this file from my Nestle's Toll House Recipe Collection 
cookbook and get it posted.  I am including a text file that is taken from 
front of the book, but it doesn't only deal with chocolate, but also with
substitutions and other items and does make a good reference file for the
computer and the cook.

        Hope that you enjoy this file.
