                              TEFS.TXT

Included in the archived package TEFS.EXE are two timed execution files for
use with Procomm PLUS for Windows.

The files will execute a particular script at a time and date as set by the
user in the script. Optionally, and as now setup, the default scriptname
CISFORUM.WAX is displayed. This can be changed or removed by the user at
the top of the script.

TEF.WAS makes use of the ASPECT command SUSPEND UNTIL. TEF1.WAS uses a
different method of matching time and date, and doesn't require the SUSPEND
UNTIL command, though it can still be included if you prefer (it is now
commented out since it really isn't needed).

These scripts certainly aren't coded with maximum efficiency, but are
designed to let the novice scripter see what is happening and why. Once you
read through the script(s) I am sure will find better ways to accomplish
the same thing in a more streamlined manner. <G> You will probably be
able to remove three-quarters of the script and still get the same thing
accomplished.

The scripts put together in one place a lot of the suggestions from Gregg,
Markus, and others which have appeared from time to time in Datastorm Forum
Messages, and are certainly not original. Rather they are a "one way to do it"
example. I hope you will find these useful.
