Installing Calling Cards to a Hard Disk

You should only put Calling Cards into a directory with other My
Little Realm programs. The directory name MYREALM is suggested,
but it can be anything you like. All of MLR's programs are made
to interact properly. If Calling Cards is your first MLR program,
you should put it in its own directory.
