 These are some of my favorite boards in the Washington, DC area.  I have
 found them all to be excellent in terms of quality of files, message areas,

All of these boards are a local call from Washington, DC.  If you have any
questions for me, I am a user on all of the BBS' listed above, as well as
many others in the area.

I feel that, although my list is small, it is much more useful than something
like Focke's list which doesn't bother to separate the good from the bad.  If
you just want lots of numbers to go through on your own time, get Focke's list,
but if you want `only the best' boards, get JOE DINER'S LIST!!!!!!!!
