                  1 cup cut-up cooked chicken, or 1 can (5-1/2 oz.) 
                         boned chicken,	chopped
                  1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
                  1/2 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
                  1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
                  1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
                  1 tablespoon lemon juice
                  3/4 teaspoon curry powder
                  
                  Stir 'em up, and eat large quantities.
