                              PaperDirect

                             by Tony Curro

PaperDirect is a mail order firm. It is a complete source for all
    your paper needs and more.

For openers they have a huge selection to choose from: letterhead,
envelopes, brochures, paperframes, business cards, etc. You can all
these and more in matching sets. You can even add matching
presentation folders. Several packages can be bought as a complete
set, or you can select individual items.

All of their paper products are high quality and look very
attractive. They add to an otherwise drab plain white piece of
paper. But, they do also sell plain white paper and envelopes for
    the times you need them.

PaperDirect has PaperTemplates for popular DOS, Windows and MAC
applications. This makes using PaperDirect paper a breeze. Just
place the paper in your printer, create your document using the
appropriate template, and that's all there is to it. If you programs
like: CorelDRAW!, MS Publisher, PageMaker or Quark Express, you will
see the visual document on screen. With others, like Word and
WordPerfect, you see a blank sheet on screen with the proper
formatting. I have worked with the MS Word for Windows templates,
and have seen the CorelDRAW templates also. Creating a brochure is
easy in both, but the visual screen with Corel is nicer to work
with. I will soon be purchasing the MS Publisher templates for
myself. Each template package sells for $39.95, and contain over 160
templates for almost all the papers in the catalog. They even have
Laser 1-Pass, which is either, a letter and envelope, or letter and
business card, all on one page. Templates for these are included in
    the above packages.

They also have 3 drawer storage cabinets to store your paper
envelopes and more. Or you can purchase a five draw storage cabinet
that can even store a whole ream of paper. Storage boxes for various
papers, clips, business cards, and much more. I purchased a product
from them for my magazine that I find indispensable. It is called
PaperGripper. When I mail issues out, I used to use a clear report
cover with a hard plastic binding. This caused one side of the
envelope to bulge, not to mention the added postal charges. With
PaperGripper, I apply 3 clips to each magazine, and fit it smoothly
in the envelope. I have also reduced the mailing cost by almost 40
    cents.

You can also purchase labels and various other products from
PaperDirect. With the holiday season coming, use PaperDirect to add
class to your cards. They have special holiday cards and other
products for your use. They also sell holiday template disks for
$24.95 each. These include over 60 templates for their holiday line
    of products.

I have selected a complete matching set for letters, envelopes,
business cards and brochures. It does add class to the presentation.
PaperDirect support is excellent also, not to mention the service.
There is a minimum purchase of $30. They have most of the products
in stock. Call before 3 PM EST, and the order is shipped the same
day. Pay just $6 for standard UPS shipping, and just $1 more for
overnight FedEx delivery. This is for any size order.

Call PaperDirect for a free catalog, and start to add pizzazz to
your mailings. I have received several comments already on products
I have used, and I am sure you will also.
