BBB:a footnote

This will not be of much interest to anybody but perhaps three or
four readers who are looking forward to Gary Hudson holding an open
Bible forum at the Bible Baptist Church. We are sorry to disappoint
them and tell them what came to pass is what we predicted; he backed
out. Of course he had "his reasons," but don't they all? The truth of
the matter is, neither Gary Hudson nor Bobby Hymers know the Bible well
enough to handle it in any kind of a forum. Gary pretended that he
would get "unfair treatment" if he came, when he knew perfectly well
the exact conditions I have always operated under for 35 years would be
given him. These were printed and given to his friend Hymers who gave
the letter to him. The thing is, neither man could stand up and field
questions from the Bible, using the Bible, because neither man knew the
Bible well enough to handle it. But "if any man be ignorant let him be
ignorant." The other bad news is that Hymers also backed out on his
$1000 offer after being given eight documented cases in print, where
people not only said the King James Bible was infallible and inspired,
but the only English Bible that should be used because it was not only
"God's Book" but "written by God." Hymers' ridiculous alibi for not
keeping his word was that all eight documented pieces of evidence were
"out of context." Hymers is out of context. These nuts mean the thing
is "out of context" if it doesn't match with what they believe.

At any rate, here is an interesting footnote for Hymers, Hutson and
company, from a born-again, saved, soul-winning Bible believer from
Hymers' home state, California. From Riverside, California, we read, "I
recently got your sermon entitled "The Young People Of America," and in
my judgment, it is one of your best cassettes. It hits home with me in
every way, and for this I thank God Almighty on your behalf. Don't
worry, I am not boasting strictly on your behalf, but also for the root
of your care, The King James Holy Bible. Please don't let all these
Bible perverters (Proverbs 8:8) discourage your "tooth and nail" stand
for the infallible word ot God. IT IS MANIFEST TO ME WHO MEANS BUSINESS
AND WHO DOESN'T. Believe me. Brother, your solid stand for the King
James Bible has had such an influence on me, in such way that only the
judgment of God can bear witness to it. God bless you sir, my love in
Christ, etc."

There are those who "mean business" and there are those who "don't
mean business." The ones who "don't mean business" make a living usinq
a Book they don't believe. They are like Gary and Bobby. They quote a
Book full of errors to prove that a Book full of errors is full of
errors. You say, what do they actually believe? That's simple, nothing.
That is why they are so mad for publicity, they literally foam at the
mouth, for a chance to connect themselves with Bible believers who do
believe the Book. They are trying to impress us with their infidelity.
We are not impressed.
