Overview:

- Description: Kids Powwow is a Powwow version strictly for children (up to age
13). It links with our Powwow for Kids home page and provides features that help provide a
protective environment for children who want to use Powwow. It alerts children when an
adult pages them, or when they page an adult. The adult version of Powwow (versions 3.0+)
will also display a warning to the user indicating that they are connected to a child. The
Kids home page provides a White Pages for children and childrens conferences. The
children's conferences have profanity filters to disallow the transmission of profanity in
conference mode. To register as a Powwow kid, a valid email address must exist for the
child. A registration password is given out through email and the password must be entered
prior to using the program.
