Master Key is a utility that, simply put, opens the doors into
your MS-DOS disks.  It is a collection of many useful features
bundled into one easy to use program.

Master Key is a disk editor, a file editor, a file manipulator
and much more.  It gives you the ability to work with individual
files or the disk as a whole and lets you perform operations that
DOS usually isn't able to provide.  Generally, it lets you
manipulate everything on your disks easily, powerfully, and with
very few restrictions.

Currently, Master Key has the following features:

-- It can access ANY disk known to MS-DOS; ANY sized floppy, ANY
sized hard disk, and ANY sized RAM disk with ANY allowable sector
size (128, 256, or 512 bytes).

-- It can edit a disk as a whole or individual files with equal
ease while allowing full access to ANY sector on the disk or in
the file.

-- It can search for and immediately go to ANY text on a disk or
in a file while editing that disk or file.

-- It can quickly find ANY file or sub-directory on a disk
matching an ambibuous or unambiguous file specification.

-- It can rename ANY file or sub-directory on a disk.

-- It can erase ANY file on a disk.

-- It can UNERASE ANY file or sub-directory on a disk that is
able to be unerased.
