1st Series 1979  ITV
 
_001. Gunfight at the OK Launderette { Dave King, Linda Regan, Tony Doyle Lenoi
}
      Black militants take the attendees of an Italian wedding- including
Terry- hostage. Arthur decides to sell rights to the story to the media.
 
_002. Bury My Half at Waltham Green { Ann Lyon, Tony Selby, Nicky Henson,
Kenneth Cope }
      Terry is minding a recently released convict who doesn't intend on
sharing his buried treasure with his old partners.
 
_003. The Smaller They Are { Dave Jackson, Phil McCall, Osmund Bullock }
      Arthur comes into possession of a $100 bill of questionable origins.
 
_004. The Tethered Goat { Lee Montague, Kenneth Griffith }
      Terry guards an Arab banker who is deeply involved in politics and
doesn't think Terry makes a very good body guard due to his lack of a gun.
 
_005. The Bounty Hunter { June Ritchie, Christopher Biggens, Derek Jacobi }
      Arthur and Terry come to the aid of a young widow who has been swindled
out of all her money by a phony real estate scheme.
 
_006. Ace High- and Sometime Very Low { Anthony Valentine, Anthony Scott,
Marina Sirtis }
      Maurice, a professional gambler, comes to Arthur and Terry for help in
getting winnings he was robbed of back.
 
_007. The Bengal Tiger { Saeed Jaffrey, Shiren Anwar }
      An Indian news agent who is having problems with his wayward daughter is
being threatened.
 
_008. Come in T-64, Your Time is Slowly Ticking Away { Alfred Burke, Eric

      Terry becomes a cabby to discover why a mini cab firm is being subjected
to so much violence.
 
_009. Monday Night Fever { Sheila White, Eric Deacon, Brian Croucher, Anthony
Heaton }
      Arthur tells an attractive, but not so talented, would-be singer that he
can make her a star.
 
_010. The Dessert Song { Diane Keen, Peter Bland }
      Terry rescues a young Cypriot from being attacked on the street and gets
him and Arthur involved in a dispute over a restaurant's ownership.
 
_011. You Gotta Have Friends { George Baker, Deborah Grant, David Buck }
      Everything turns nasty for Arthur and Terry after Arthur does a favor for
an old friend.
 
 
2nd Series 1980
 
_012. National Pelmet { Liza Goddard, Jane Garr, Jeremy Young }
      When Terry goes to the beach for the day with Arthur the last thing on
his mind is looking after a race horse he was supposed to be guarding.
 
_013. Whose Wife is it Anyway? { David Daker, Peter Cheever, Alan Lewis, Janet
Kay }
      Terry gets to mind an antique shop belonging to a friend of Arthur's who
is in the hospital after getting beat up.
 
_014. You Loose Some, You Win Some { Anthony Valentine, Lynda Baron, Leslie
Schofield }
      Maurice returns and asks Terry and Arthur for help in organizing a
gambling school, to teach his sure win system at the roulette wheel.
 
_015. Don't Tell Them Willie Boy Was Here { Paul Barber, Alfred Marks, Jackie
Collins }
      Terry helps train an undefeated boxing champion for a comeback fight that
he fears he may loose.
 
_016. Not A Bad Lad, Dad { Warren O'Neil, Sharon Luce }
      A nine year old boy turns up on Terry's doorstep claiming that Terry is
his father.
 
_017. The Beer Hunter { Georgina Hale, Brian Glover, Barrie Rutter }
      Arthur looses an old army buddy he had gone out for a night on the town
with.
 
_018. A Nice Little Wine { Peter Jeffrey, Burt Kwouk, Rachel Davies }
      A man believes that Arthur had set him up after he is drugged and robbed
after selling Arthur some wine.
 
_019. All Mod Cons { Toyah Wilcox, James Ottaway, Tony Osaba }
      While Terry is trying to evict two squatters, Arthur decides to sell
Terry's flat without Terry's permission.
 
_020. Diamonds Are A Girls Worst Enemy { Ann Lynn, Tony Selby }
      A Mercedes that Terry has been hired to look after disappears along with
the diamonds that were hidden inside.
 
_021. The Old School Tie { Ziggy Byfield, Paul Copley, Paul Moriarty }
      Terry provides shelter for an old school friend who just escaped from
jail and tries to get Arthur not to reveal his location to anyone.
 
_022. All About Scoring- Innit? { Karl Holliman, Adrienne Posta, Forbes
Collins, Sean Coffrey }
      Terry has to make sure that a soccer player does not sell his story to a
Fleet Street newspaper.
 
_023. Caught in the Act, Fact { Angela Browne, Glynn Houston, James
Marcus }
      Arthur is off selling goldfish when Terry gets arrested after
accompanying Lady Margeret, a magistrate, to Harrods.
 
_024. A Lot of Bull and a Pat on the Back { Leon Sidden, Ann Bruce }
      Arthur hauls Terry out into the country so that Terry can repossess a
bull.
 
 
3rd Series Spring 1982
 
_025. Dead Men Do Tell Tales { Harry Fowler, Patricia Maynard, Derek Fowld,
Harold Innocent, Suzi Quattro (cameo) }
      Arthur is offered 1000 pounds to look after a coffin- containing the body
of a jewel thief who died after swallowing a diamond- for a few hours.
 
_026. You Need Hands { Mike Reid, Debby Cumming, Julian Holloway }
      Terry is unable to look after a gem dealer for Arthur after he gets beat
up.
 
_027. Rembrandt Doesn't Live Here Anymore { George Sewell, Patricia Quinn, John
Torduff }
      A chance meeting with an art forger at a club Terry is minding leads
Arthur into the world of fine art.
 
_028. Looking For Mickey { John Labanowski, Jim McManus, Vanda Godsell }
      Arthur sees a way to make points for himself by arranging a newspaper
interview with an escaped criminal that Terry is minding.
 
_029. Dreamhouse { Richard Griffiths, Wanda Ventham, Dave Atkin }
      Arthur arranges for Terry to house sit a pop star's mansion while the
star is performing in Las Vegas and deal with the star's brother.
 
_030. Another Bride, Another Groom { Warren Clarke, Ian Hogg, Richard Williams
}
      Arthur asks Terry to look after his niece's fiancee on the night of his
bachelor party and to make sure he makes it to the wedding the next day.
 
_031. Birdman of Wormwood Scrubs { Stephen Grief, Max Wall, Rula Lenska,
Maurice Denham }
      A recently released convict asks Arthur for a loan so he can support
himself until he recovers his hidden loot.
 
_032. The Son Also Rises { Gareth Hunt, Alfie Bass, Annabelle Leventon }
      Terry is hired as a body guard for the teenage son of a divorcee friend
of Arthur's who is getting beat up on the way home for school by his father's
business rivals.
 
_033. Why Pay Tax? { Michael Medwin, Kika Markham, Nigel Davenport }
      Arthur becomes mixed up with an illegal bookie who is experiencing tax
problems, while Terry becomes romantically involved for one of his rivals.
 
_034. Broken Arrow { Sean Mathias, Maggie Steed, Gary Olsen, Jonathan Kyld }
      Arthur plans on making it big by sponsoring a dart tournament when he
discovers an ace player who has just returned from the Mid East.
 
_035. Poetic Justice- Innit? { Diana Malin, Michael Culver, James Cossins,
Bernard Horsfall }
      Arthur leaves Terry to mind his things when he gets called in for jury
duty.  Terry however gets distracted by a former girlfriend seeking help after
witnessing a robbery.
 
_036. Back in Good Old England { Peter Potslethwaite, George Layton, David
Hargreaves }
      A former cell mate of Terry's returns to England and asks Arthur for help
in recreating a bodega like establishment that made him a small fortune in
Spain.
 
_037. In { Frederick Jaeger, Diane Langton, Barry Stanton, Russell Hunter }
      Arthur gets picked up for drug running after agreeing to sell a car for a
Scotsman.
 
 
4th Series Spring 1984
 
_038. Rocky Eight and a Half { George Innes, Christine Kavanagh, David Lodge,
Peter Childs }
      Arthur cons Terry into appearing in a non licensed boxing match.
 
_039. Senior Citizen Caine { Lionel Jeffries, Angela Richards, Keith
Barron }
      Arthur arranges for Terry to protect a recently widowed garage owner from
his money hungry relatives.
 
_040. High Drains Pilferer { David Caulder, Michael Povey }
      A crime boss blames Terry- who had been hired as his wife's driver- for
the disappearance of his jewels.
 
_041. Sorry Pal, Wrong Number { T.P. McKenna, Shaun Curry }
      Arthur gets involved in a shady racing tip business and gets Terry to
look after three phone booths.
 
_042. Car Lot Beggars { June Witfield, Jimmy Nail, Harry Scott, Colin Jeavons }
      Arthur tries to blame a group of gypsies who Terry believes innocent for
vandalizing a used car lot belonging to one of Arthur's friends.
 
_043. If Money Be the Food of Love, Play On { Penny Downie, Larry Lamb, Peter
Childs }
      Terry and Arthur both fall for an Australian girl who has asked them to
help her find her fiancee.
 
_044. A Star is Gorn { Mel Smith, Mike Holoway }
      Arthur has plans of making it big when he acquires the master tape of a
popular singer's songs.
 
_045. Willesden Suite { Tony Robins, Bernard Kay, William Simmons }
      Arthur is asked to speak to the Rotary Club which is meeting at a hotel
where Terry has temporarily become the house detective.
 
_046. Windows { Stephen Rea, Jennifer Lanoon, Patrick Troughton, Tony Anholt,
Catherine Rabett, Janet Fielding }
      Terry involvement in a domestic dispute threatens Arthur's latest
business venture: a health club.
 
_047. Get Daley { Maureen O'Farrell, Ian Bartholomew }
      Arthur discovers that an operation he had to remove an ingrown toe nail
was not covered by his insurance.
 
_048. A Well Fashioned Fit Up { Christopher Fulford, Trevor Steedman, Stanley
Adams }
      Arthur has to take Terry's place and guard a friend's clothing store when
Terry gets a job as a pub bouncer.
 
 
5th Series Fall 1984
 
_049. Goodbye Sailor { Moray Watson, Ray Winstone, Rashid Karpiet }
      Arthur and Terry get involved with an illicit supply of tobacco and
training shoes.
 
_050. What Makes Sammy Run? { Art Malik, Madhav Sharna }
      Inspector Chisholm has Arthur and Terry as prime suspects when a
counterfeit 20 pound note surfaces at the Winchester Club.
 
_051. A Number of Old Wives Tales
      Terry is the best man and Arthur gets to give the bride away at a VIP
wedding which makes front page news.
 
_052. The Second Time Around { Beryl Reid, John Landry, Bill Maynard }
      Terry is hired to look after an alcoholic romance novelist.
 
_053. Second Hand Pose { Bill Murray, Stacy Dorning, Johnny Shannan }
      Terry decides to call it quits and find a new employer after Arthur
accidentally locks him in a cold storage room.
 
_054. The Long Ride Back to Scratchwood { Mark Farmer, Peter Needham, Nicolas
Cargin }
      Arthur tries to buy 2000 tickets to the England/ Scotland soccer match
for 18,000 pounds that he figures he can scalp for 50,000.
 
_055. Hypnotizing Rita { Donald Sumpter, Nicola Cowper, Ray Burdis }
      Arthur takes over a cleaning business in order to pay off an old debt.
 
_056. Balance of Power { Caroline Langshire, Michael Povey, Alex McAvey }
      Terry becomes Arthur's campaign manager when Arthur decides to run in a
local election.
 
_057. Around the Corner
      Terry is unable to get Arthur's new greyhound to run in a training
session.
 
 
6th Series 1985
 
_058. Give Us This Day Arthur Daley's Bread { Ellis Dale }
      Arthur volunteers the services of a group of vagrants who had taken
refuge in a church crypt to do some gardening under Terry supervision.
 
_059. Life in the Fast Food Lane { Jan Francis }
      Arthur's entry into the car phone business draws the attention of
Inspector Chisholm, while Terry falls for an upper class lady.
 
_060. Return of the Invincible Man { John Bluthal, Pat Roach }
      Arthur's efforts to help Sully, a garment manufacturer, end up getting
them both in the hospital and into trouble with Chisholm.
 
_061. Arthur is Dead, Long Live Arthur { Penny Morrell, Robert Austin }
      Arthur dons a disguise and an alias then checks into an out of the way
motel run by an amorous widow to avoid Inland Revenue which claims Arthur owes
them 20,000 pounds in back taxes.
 
_062. From Fulham With Love { Michael Gothand, Rula Lenska }
      Complications arise when a Russian seaman whom Arthur had made a deal
with decides to defect to Great Britain.
 
_063. Waiting for Goddard { Kenneth Cope, Ronald Fraser }
      Arthur and Terry's friendship is strained as Arthur tries to get in good
with an eccentric old man he believes has inherited a fortune.
 
 
Christmas Special 1985
 
_064. Minder on the Orient Express (120 min) { Amanda Pays, Adam Faith, Honor
Blackman, Maurice Denham }
      Terry is given a pair of tickets for the Orient Express as a reward for
rescuing a young lady from muggers. Once Arthur finds out about them he tries
to convince Terry that he should be taken along.
 
 
Christmas Special 1988
 
_065. An Officer and a Car Salesman (120 min)
      Upset with Arthur after Arthur's actions land him in jail, Terry takes a
job with a para military group that Arthur has been selling substandard
merchandise to.
 
 
7th Series 1989
 
_066. It's a Sorry Lorry Morrie { Ronald Frasier, Roy Kinnear }
      Terry ends up with a stolen lorry after Arthur hears of a lorry full of
electrical goods needing shifting unaware that the police are keeping an eye on
the vehicle.
 
_067. Days of Fines and Closures
      Terry and Arthur are looking after the Winchester due to Dave's absence
and must deal with the police trying to close the place, villains seeking money
and a court appearance.
 
_068. Fatal Impression
      Arthur lends a hundred pounds to a gambler who quickly disappears.
 
_069. The Last Video Show { Ian McShane, Rula Lenska, Brian Blessed }
      Arthur unsuccessfully starts up two new ventures: a video store and
redeveloping the docklands.
 
_070. Fiddler on the Hoof { Carole Ashby, Don Henderson, Michael Kitchen }
      A Maltese man in London to deliver a large sum of money seeks Arthur and
Tony's aid when he learns that someone is trying to kill him.
 
_071. The Wrong Goodbye { Paul Eddington, Simon Cadell, Iain Cuthbertson  }
      Arthur is made a real estate offer that is too good to refuse.
