INFO FROM SKOLNICK: JUNE 9, 1995

I neither necessarily agree nor disagree with either all or parts
of the following. -- Brian Francis Redman, Editor-in-Chief

 + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + +

SHERMAN SKOLNICK:
Janet Reno, the Attorney General, according to reliable sources,
has told an associate of hers -- this was prior to Tucker, the
Governor of Arkansas, getting indicted -- she put it this way:
"If the independent prosecutor gets Tucker, we're gonna 'burn'
Thompson." (Thompson is the former Illinois Governor that seems
to be involved in this "China White" [heroin] scandal that we
were talkin' about; [he] runs this big law firm, Winston &
Strawn.) So basically, what Janet Reno says, "If Starr gets
Tucker, we're gonna get Thompson."

The other thing is that, apparently, Democrat leaders, with all
this escalating -- that Hillary is about to be indicted -- are
demanding that Clinton resign. And from what we know, from very
good sources in the District of Columbia, Clinton, in so many
words, says "I'm *not* leaving!"

The Hillary indictment is expected on or about June 28th, at the
time that Webster Hubbell is sentenced.

The other thing is that they're turning Arkansas Governor Jim
"Guy" Tucker as a witness against Hillary. There's various
witnesses against Hillary. They've got her on a series of
scandals; some of them are getting to be known in the press, some
not. The Flowerwood Farms scandal -- her name is all over the
thing. They could indict her on that. They took swamp land that
wasn't worth a dollar an acre and they pumped it up with
[unclear] into something which she benefited from.

The thing that they have not talked about in the press is the
money that disappeared from a savings & loan in Texas, San
Jacinto Savings & Loan, of the Texas town of the same name, which
uh, they went under. And there's somewhere between $15 and $150
million gone. And the property records, where the money was
supposedly, went for property deals in Arkansas -- in fact, there
are no records. In fact, a phantom, bogus situation which,
apparently, involves Hillary.

As you see from our story {1}, a federal investigator told us, in
simple terms, "Hillary's goin' to jail."

So, I mean, there's a whole series of things. *But*, the reason
it may cause a crisis over the summer is Clinton, in so many
words, has told the Democrat leaders, "I'm *not* *leaving*." He's
*not* gonna resign; they'll have to *carry* him out of the White
House. He's *not* leaving.

CONSPIRACY NATION:
Do you see any relation between the Bilderberg meeting that's
goin' on right now and all this?

SHERMAN SKOLNICK:
Yeah! They're the one's, in '91, that annointed Clinton to run as
President and they'll support him in the press. And they did. And
they kept the bad stories from running in '92. They selected him
in '91 at a secret meeting. And the Bilderberg Group meets
between June 8th and 11th.

And *just* as they are in the middle of their meeting, all of a
sudden the *Wall Street Journal* made a u-turn, the *New York
Post* is predicting that Hillary's about to be indicted. All of a
sudden, there's a flood of this stuff.

And then Dan Rather made a statement on the evening news, on CBS,
that Kenneth Starr is hiring an independent forensic expert to go
into the Foster thing [i.e. the supposed "suicide" of Vincent
Foster, jr.]. So they might come up with the murder angle after
all.

All of a sudden, all these things are escalating. And the point
is, it's pointing at the Clinton White House.

And by the way, one of the things that I found out just today
from Kenneth Starr's people: the *key* guy is the one that I've
already fingered -- John E. Gierum, senior litigation attorney
for the SBA, and the $50 million deal. That is a *central*, a
*centerpiece* of the scandal, of which we [Citizens' Committee to
Clean Up the Courts] are the only ones that have been workin' on
it... well, that is *known* to the public. Kenneth Starr's people
confirm that that is a *deadly* serious matter that they're
workin' on.
