			THE SENDMAIL COMPONENT

This file contains information about the SendMail component. The SendMail
component allows you to add e-mail capability to any application you create
with Borland Delphi. The SendMail component support multiple recipients and
multiple attachments, which are sent in a MIME compliant format. This
component is so easy to use, you can send an e-mail message complete with
multiple attachments and multiple recipients from the Object Inspector.

IMPORTANT: You cannot use this component unless you have a direct Internet
connection (SLIP or PPP for example). If you cannot send or receive e-mail
from your computer, this component will be useless. Winsock is required.

			INSTALLATION INFORMATION
		      SHAREWARE SENDMAIL COMPONENT

 1. Create a directory for the component. 
 2. Unzip the contents of the file sendmail.zip to this directory.
 3. Start up Borland Delphi.
 4. Select Options|Install Components.
 5. Install the Sendmail component, using 'inetmail.dcu'.
 6. Exit Delphi. (Do not save any changes to project, if asked).
 7. The Sendmail component will be installed in the Internet tab and the
    help file should be active

The SendMail component is shareware. For a registered version, including
