Every American lost something when the BATF stormed the Mount Carmel Center
in early 1993. Beamed straight into our living rooms were images proving to
us that our government could kill us at any time for any reason. It was a
shocking and horrifying experience.

But the nightmare wasn't over. The ATF, along with the FBI and even British
intelligence agents laid seige to the Mount Carmel Center for more than 50
days, almost as if they were attacking some castle in the dark ages.

But their tactics were anything but midieval. They used spy planes, infrared
cameras, high-gain microphones and even tanks. Now, there's compelling evidence
that those tanks sprayed the compound with gas that either had many of the 
properties of cyanide gas or, in fact, turned to cyanide gas on contact with
water. More than 70 men, women and children died because the government agents
who had earlier tried to kill the inhabitants of the Mount Carmel Center quite
understandably refused to lay down their arms and walk out into the hands of 
the Beast that would devour them.

This file contains a number of documents pointing to what really happened at
Waco. Linda Thompson, a lawyer with the American Justice Foundation who represented
some of those who were at Waco during the seige, writes of her experiences during
the seige. Also included is a transcript of the original search warrant, a 
transcript of the press conference where George Stephanopoulos discussed the
fire at Waco and a transcript of radio broadcasts made by David Koresh during the
seige in which he discusses his interpretations of the Bible.

BeastNet neither supports nor condemns Koresh and his followers on the basis of 
their religion or way of life. The point is that, they were--from most indications--
a peaceful and law-abiding community. They were obviously, for whatever reason(s),
the subject of a modern-day witch-hunt, and scores of innocent people were
murdered at the hands of our government--veritable Agents of The Beast.

Had the BATF wished to arrest Koresh, they could have done so on any of the many
mornings when he jogged the dirt road outside his home. The BATF could also have
served its search warrant peacably and avoided a bloody shoot-out in which they
were out-fought, but by no means, as they claim, out-gunned.

Something very horrible happened at Waco. A federal agency concerned more about
grabbing headlines and securing funding carried out a raid destined to fail.
Its agents were ill-trained and poorly balanced for such an action. In the end,
there may be a great deal of conclusive evidence that suggests there were many
more sinister motives driving the actions at Waco, but for now, we know a
number of innocent Americans were slaughtered, and their killers have yet to
be brought to justice.

For those who would argue that Koresh and his followers were "gun nuts" or "Jesus
freaks," they would do well to keep in mind that America was settled by "religious
nuts with guns." If the people at Waco can be shot and burned on live TV with 
absolutely no justice or retribution, then what does that imply about what can
happen to any American, at any time?

Would somebody please tell me, just what is the "government approved" religion,
so that I can join it and not have to live in fear of being labelled a "cult
member" and summarily executed by firing squad or burning at the stake as a
witch?

I am an attorney and I represent the Schroeder family members who survived the
seige at Waco.  I have also talked with several Branch Davidians who have
survived, speaking with some  : who were in jail during the seige and with some
who survived the fire as well as others who were not inside the center when the
agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) first arrived.

The Branch Davidians are not glazed over moonie-type crazies. They are well
educated, articulate, very nice people.  All of them had normal jobs outside the
Mt. Carmel Center.  None of them believed they were under David Koresh's
"control."  All of them said they were free to leave whenever they wanted.

Words can't express the sickness, horror and ou  Þtrage I felt, watching an
army tank bash holes in the walls of the house at Mt. Carmel Monday, April 19,
1993 -- exactly 50 years after the Nazis burned the Warsaw ghetto and,
coincidentally, the anniversary of Paul Revere's ride for freedom.  What animal
did they get to drive that tank?  What monsters devised this plan and put it in
motion?

And all the while, the FBI's personal buffoon, Ricks, sanctimoniously made
claims that this was done to "urge" the people to come out, that the FBI was
"concerned about child abuse" because of the "conditions the children were
living in."  Let's remember who turned off all the power, water, and sewage to
the center and subjected the children in these filthy conditions.   Let's look
at who subjected these children to 24-hour a day sounds and lights, and tanks
running up to the house and circling it 24 hours a day. Let's remember who
gassed small children and burned them to death.

And, unbelievably, the FBI buffoon, Ricks, claimed   ¼that CS gas was pumped
into the house out of concern for the welfare of the children.  There are no gas
masks for children and this gas is horribly painful and sickening.  All the
while this horrible gas is being pumped into the house, suffocating and burning
them, a huge tank is ramming the house from outside, making it a very safe place
for children and their mothers to run to escape the gas, if they could. And the
FBI is shouting, "This is not an assault."

A Branch Davidian told me that when the tank rammed the house, the women ran
upstairs with the children.  The tank rammed the house so hard, the house
twisted and all the doors inside were jammed stuck and could not be opened.  The
women and children were trapped in the inferno and burned alive upstairs.  A man
who saw pictures of the aftermath reported on April 22nd, that the mothers'
bodies had been found trying to shield their now dead children.

Another fellow sent me infor  ãmation on the chemical structure of CS gas.

Catching Janet Reno and the FBI in a glaring lie, they claim that the CS gas was
non-flammable means that it was a CS mixture made with water which produces a
deadly narcotic gas which would have rendered the Branch Davidians stuperous. 
CS gas can be made by mixing the active ingredient with one of several base
liquids to produce a gas.  The only non-flammable liquid is water, but this
uucombination produces a narcotic.  The remaining liquids with which the active
ingredient can be mixed to produce CS gas are all highly flammable.

I have received reports from no less than 15 people across the country who saw
on the TV footage, two men in black uniforms, wearing gas masks, who climbed up
to the roof from the outside of the house and set the fire.  How could any
Branch Davidian even get outside to climb up to the roof?  Better still, why
would they nee  d to, since the fire could easily be set from inside?

I personally saw an incendiary fly through into the second story window.

Three Army demolitions experts have called to tell me that the tank assaulting
the house was a "dragon tank", fitted with a special nozzle, usually used to
blow in jelled gas that will stick to everything, forming a highly flammable
coagulant on every surface.

And any fool knows that if the FBI intended to merely put in CS gas, they did
not need to make gaping holes in the wall of the house.  In fact, that would
make the gas dissipate and escape.

Huge, gaping holes were bashed in the sides of the building, not to introduce CS
gas, so much as to make sure the house was well ventilated, so that the fire
would spread rapidly.  A fire expert told me that the best way to make a
building burn fast is to punch holes in the lower part.

This   ~morning, a nurse was interviewed on two radio programs, KGBS in Waco,
Texas and another in Laport, and she said that at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning, the
FBI had come to the hospital and asked what facilities they had for burn
victims!!  Conveniently, now tonight, the FBI has a cover story.  They are now
claiming they detected "three lights" inside the house the night before so that
the Branch Davidians had set the house on fire on Sunday night.

Three others reported seeing footage where the tank drove over a gas tank,
exploding it.  The Branch Davidians had generators and their own fuel storage
tanks.  These blew up.  The FBI now claims these explosions were "bombs" set as
booby traps.  But no end of bomb experts have told me that it was a propane
tank, pure and simple, which is easily determined by the slow dispersion of the
fire wave and the fire ball created in the explosion.   ~   One Branch Davidian
has told me that there was no "suicide" -- that no one from the Branch Davidians
set the fire at all and didn't know it was coming. Another yelled at reporters
as he came out that the tank had turned over a lantern, setting the blaze
inside.

The only suggestion of "suicide" in fact, seems to have its origins with the
Cult Awareness Network (CAN), a group that seems to label any religion as a
"cult" and all religious practices as a "sickness." This group wields a lot of
power in Washington and with the BATF. A CAN advisor to the BATF was providing
disinformation for 30 days before the assault.  The wife of late Senator Joe
Ryan, who died at Jonestown, fuels the zealous fury that CAN attacks any group
it labels a "cult."  Deprogrammers and kidnappers "rescue" people in these
"cults."  Afterwards, a deprogrammed victim has been, literally, brainwashed,
which  | is how the "deprogramming" is accomplished.  They will then say
whatever the programmer has told them to say about the group they formerly
belonged to.  And so we get "first-hand testimonials" of "sex-abuse" and "devil
worship" or whatever nauseating tales can be foisted upon an unsuspecting
public.  The goal:  To dehumanize the people in that group, make them appear
filthy and disgusting, make the American public turn their heads away when
something like the carnage at Waco takes place.

We are no better than the Germans who did nothing when Hitler masscred Jews and
blacks.  Will we stand by and continue to allow these atrocities to occur in our
own country:  American "law enforcement" using military troops to kill American
men, women, and children?  And with the full sanction from the highest levels of
government and with the full power of the United States government to co  @ver
it up.

The rest of the story follows:

The news media was kept 3 miles from the Mt. Carmel Center by armed guards at
all roads into the compound.  And the media dutifully reguritated whatever tripe
the FBI fed them each day at 10:30, calling it "news" as they slandered the
Branch Davidians, spreading lies of "child molesting", "planned mass suicide",
and "religious whackos in Waco."

No matter, sensationalism sells newspapers, doesn't it?  It gets those network
ratings up, too.  It wouldn't be a story if they told the truth. The FCC might
shut down a network or two or yank a permit.  Better that 100 people should die
in an inferno than expose the depths of the depravity of the leaders of this
country.

Well, the FBI lied and the major media repeated these lies without question,
allowing themselves to be   8nothing but a tool of propaganda.  Here's the real
story:

In 1992, Sheri Jewel and her ex-husband were in a custody battle over their
daughter, Keri.  Sheri was a Branch Davidian and she was killed in the fire
Monday, April 19, 1993.

Her ex-husband is a radio announcer.  His wife is a TV personality.  They have
money.

A fellow named Mark Breault, who is reputed to have a felony record, used to be
a Branch Davidian. He proclaimed himself to be a prophet.  After awhile, he
tried to take over the Mt. Carmel compound and was ousted by David Koresh.
Breault, an Australian, left, vowing revenge.  He often called the compound
daily to harrass the members.

The Jewel's hired Mark Breault to testify in their custody dispute.  In an
affidavit, Breault made allegations of child molestation and religious
weird  3ness.  This was in Michigan in 1992.

Senators were contacted to investigate these allegations, as was the "Cult
Awareness Network."  The Cult Awareness Network is a group in Washington, D.C.,
headed by the wife of late Senator Ryan who was killed at Jonestown. She has a
personal vendetta, too.  And she wields a lot of power in Washington,
apparently, because if someone ends up on her cult hit list, they frequently end
up dead.

The allegations of child molestation were investigated in the intervening two
years, twice, by Texas welfare department authorities and found to be baseless. 
The Sheriff's department investigated the allegations of illegal guns and these
claims were found to be baseless.  The investigations were peaceful.  There were
no problems.

Mark Breault, however, continued to make his b  `aseless and slanderous
allegations against the Branch Davidians.  The Cult Awareness Network turned up
the pressure.

The newspapers called Breault a "private investigator who has tracked the
Davidians for two and a half years."  "Tracked"?  They had lived at the Mt.
Carmel Center since 1935.  How much "tracking" did it take?  "Investigator"? Ha.
 He's a self-proclaimed "prophet" with a vendetta against the Branch Davidians. 
And who paid him so handsomely that he could afford to "track" them for 2-1/2
years, anyway?  Did the media bother to check any of this out? Never.

You may remember that in the first few days the Branch Davidians were under
seige, they hung a sheet outside the window that said, "Send in Don Stewart, CFA
and Ron Ingleman."  I now know all these people pretty well by phone now.

Don Stewart says he is a former paid informa  _nt and hired assasin for the
BATF.  He named dates, times, and places, and detailed a secret hit squad
operated under the BATF by a man code-named "Wolfgang" (whose name he identified
to me).  He claims this secret hit squad killed a fellow named Tomassi in
California, a religious leader called the Bogwan Rashnesh Shari, and provided
the weaponry to Sarah Moore, the woman who tried to shoot President Ford, and
that the BATF drove her through guards to get her in place.  They took her
children to keep her quiet.  He also says that John Wayne Hearns, the man who
ran the ad in Soldier of Fortune magazine as a hired hitman that got Soldier of
Fortune sued when he actually carried out a hired murder for someone, was a paid
operative. Congressional records show that a man named Dirk Stoffberg was
another such operative, who was a hired assassin of our gover  ]nment and also
ran guns and cocaine in and out of the country.  Don Stewart is now on the run
from the BATF, living in an RV with his family. If even a 10th of his
information is true, it is a sorry, sorry tale of the depravity existing at the
highest levels of our government.

CFA -- the Constitutional Foundational Association, Grand Prairie, Texas, was
started by Greg Sali and Bill Griffith, to expose the true story in Waco. They
are also now working to establish common law courts throughout the country to
put corrupt judicial officials and politicians behind bars, where they belong.
Together with Ken Fawcett, they have collected over 300 hours worth of
videotapes of the initial onslaught.  People who have studied these tapes in
slow motion say that they show that the BATF agents who were killed going in
through the second story window were kil  vled by friendly fire and their own
frag grenade. When they got inside the window, they were in a 10 x 10 room that
had a locked steel door.  They couldn't get out.  They were hit by friendly fire
and trapped in the room when the frag grenade went off.

to go to work as usual. He passed by agents who never stopped him. He didn't
learn of the initial seige until later that day.  When he tried to return home,
he was shot in the back as he climbed a fence.  His body was left hanging on the

helicopter, at night, to drop it into a nearby field, where it was chewed by
wild dogs and buzzards beyond recognition as a human being. Don Stewart says he

Another man was shot and his body was left up on the water tower for days by the
government and it, too, was dropped to the ground at night by a helicopter,
leaving pieces to be scraped up from the ground.

The two old ladies who came out of the compound with the children said that all
the children had been in an upstairs room when they were suddenly fired upon by
helicopters through the roof the day of the seige.  They covered the children
with their own bodies to protect them.  These old ladies were charged with
murder and held in jail.  Eventually, they were put under arrest as material
witnesses and held in a half-way house out of the city.

While the FBI was claiming to be urging the Branch Davidians to surrender, FBI
spokesperson Ricks announced on Friday, April 17t  Lh, that anyone who came out
would be considered a threat to the BATF agents and would be shot. Shots and
percussion grenades were fired at a person who tried to leave through a window
that day and at Steve Schneider.  Ricks said that Steve Schneider had "abused
his privileges" and had to be taught a lesson.

For 51 days, the FBI tortured the people inside the Mt. Carmel center. All
utilities, including sanitation, were cut off.  Loudspeakers were set up all
around the house to blare sounds 24-hours a day, including the sounds of rabbits
being slaughtered, the sound a phone makes when it is left off the hook, Tibetan
monk chants, jet airplanes, babies crying, and songs such as "these boots are
made for walking" and Christmas carols.

Stadium lights were set up to keep the place lit up 24 hours a day. Military
tanks, including M1  , Abrams and Bradley's, were brought in and rapidly
circled the house, firing percussion grenades, continuously.  The tanks would
charge up to the house and then stop within feet of the house repeatedly.

Black helicopters flew overhead.  Two huey gunships also flew over frequently,
guns mounted in front.

Around the 40th day of the seige, David Koresh announced that the children and
babies were out of milk.  Several relief efforts to bring baby food to the Mt.
Carmel compound were turned back.  My husband and I tried on Saturday and
Sunday, April 3rd and 4th. When I posed the direct question to the FBI
headquarters, "Has it come to this? Does the United States government want
babies to starve to death?" The answer was, verbatim, "Yes."  An ATF agent, in a
pickup truck that said "Wild Bill" on th  =e side, stole the food, too.

Two people from South Bend, Indiana, one of them Gary Spaulding, were arrested
for trying to take baby food  and supplies into the Mt. Carmel center the
following week.

When they were arrested, Gary specifically asked the arresting officer if he
didn't want to "Check with his high command to be sure that the officer was
doing what the high command wanted."  The officer replied, "I can assure you
that I speak for high command when I say that food is not going in to those
babies."

And to the agents who stole the food, and every state trooper, every BATF agent,
and every FBI agent who prevented those children from receiving food, you are
murderers.

And how did the BATF account for what it did when it assaulted the Branch
Davidians?  Did it offer to show the American public the  D search warrant they
claimed to have?  No. In fact, the search warrant and probable cause affidavit,
if they existed at all, were "sealed" by court order.  A court order from the
same judge who apparently signed it in the first place.

The same judge, Walter Smith, Jr., of the Waco Division, Western U.S. District
Court in Waco, denied eight petitions for relief filed by various lawyers
seeking to order the FBI and BATF to be made to follow the law and the United
States Constitution.  The government never once filed a single paper in
opposition to any of these motions.  There was clear, controlling Supreme Court
law that required that these petitions be granted. The judge had no legal reason
to deny them, yet he did.  And he used the same order, nearly a xerox, to deny
all of them.  Walter Smith, Jr., you are a murderer.

  #   Walter Smith is the same judge who allowed arraignments of people who
left the compound to be held in secret.  When there was not sufficient probable
cause to hold them under arrest, he allowed them to be detained in jails as
"material witnesses."

And this same judge is the only judge in that division, where all the remaining
Branch Davidians, now facing "murder" charges, will be put on trial.

And, now that the warrants have been unsealed, the entire "probable cause" is
nothing more than voodoo allegations that the cult "might" do something violent
in the future, so the BATF had to act.  But the BATF has absolutely no
jurisdiction whatsoever on someone who "might become violent."  The BATF is only
supposed to check to see if taxes have been paid on various weapons and that
weapons   Gregulations have been observed.

After the BATF and FBI learned that the American Justice Federation had released
a press release stating that the use of military troops against United States
citizens violated federal law, specifically, the Posse Comitatus act at  the
BATF released a cover story, claiming that the tanks were "really" not Army,
they were national guard, and had been brought in under the "Drug interdiction
act" because they had heard there was a "methamphetamine lab" -- three weeks
after the FBI had already publicly announced there was never any question
whatsoever of drug involvement.

Governor Ann Richards of Texas, who authorized the use of the tanks, claimed she
had been tricked.  But she still did not order the tanks to be withdrawn.  Ann
Richards, you are a murderer.

Each day, secret horrors were   Xperpetuated upon the Branch Davidians, out of
sight of the American public, as the press cowered like sheep, out on the
fringes.  Each day, the FBI gave us "The Truth", as told by the FBI, and the
news media dutifully lapped it up and spread it throughout the country,
poisoning the minds of people across the country, just as the FBI intended. FBI
Agents Jeff Jamar and Ricks, you are murderers.

Did any of the news media ever challenge how the BATF might have any
jurisdiction at all over "child molesting" allegations?  Or their authority to
bring in two cattle trailers full of armed men, who threw grendades at the front
door and went in shooting at women and children on a Sunday morning? Each of you
in the media, who didn't question, who didn't challenge, who didn't know enough
about the Constitution of this country to even ask an intellige  unt question,
each of you are murderers.

One or two persons asked decent questions at the press conference. Lewis Beam, a
former KKK grand dragon and political activist, and a reporter from Soldier of
Fortune Magazine, were kicked out of the press conference for doing so.  Lewis
Beam was arrested.  His crime?  Asking "Is this the beginning of gestapo tactics
and martial law in this country?" at the press conference.

Two other known "trouble makers" (this author included), were prevented from
entering the press conference, despite valid press credentials.  In fact, later
that day, I was detained, as a BATF agent at a road block pointed a machine gun
at me and my partner, John Baird, and our credentials were stolen.  My crime?  I
had filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Branch Davidians, asking that they be
allowed to have legal counsel.

And, for all the unasked que  ºstions:  No, it is not illegal to own a machine
gun in this country.  Even if the Branch Davidians had a machine gun, which it
now appears they did not, if it was "illegal" it merely meant that a $200 tax
had not been paid on it.  All it takes to legally own a machine gun in this
country is to pay a $200 tax and fill out a form 4.  The BATF is supposed to
check that those taxes have been paid.

Paul Fatta, a Branch Davidian, held a Class III dealer's license.  That meant
that he could legally own, sell, and buy, any type of gun.  It is thus highly
unlikely that there were any "illegal" guns in the center at all. And who is
responsible for issuing these permits?  The BATF.  They knew Paul Fatta had a
license.

Paul Fatta was not at the Mt. Carmel Center the day the BATF assaulted the
Branch Davidians.  Nonetheless, he is now listed on the FBI's "10 Most Wanted"
list as "armed and dang  Úerous."  This gives the government the ability to
shoot him on sight and then claim he was a "fleeing felon."  It is, in
otherwords, a license for the government to kill, again.  To bury the best
evidence against them, again.

The FBI claims to have found one "illegal" gun.  It also claims to have found a
"weapons cache" of $200,000. in guns which it found by checking through the
BATF's registration records.  That means these guns were LEGALLY registered. 
Yet the FBI is referring to this as an "illegal weapons cache."

Neighbors we have spoken with who have known the Branch Davidians for 15 years
described them as "good samaritan" types who helped their neighbors and were
kind and friendly.  Normal people, good neighbors.  The kind of folks you'd
probably rather have living around you than the thugs who commit the drive-by
shootings, rapes, and robberies, for instance.

Calling a rel  Gigion a "cult" and putting out false information across the
media about "child molesting" and "weapons caches" is exactly the same technique
that was used by the Nazis to portray the Jews as filthy, disgusing people, so
they could be killed.  It is the same technique used by every tyrannical
government, to kill an unpopular and potentially vocal adversarial group.  But
in this country, we are supposed to have freedom of religion.  It would seem
that is a pipe dream. Tell me, what is the "official government-approved
religion" I should join so I don't have to worry about being shot or be burned
to death in my own home by the government?

We have three confirmed reported citings of trainloads of U.N. tanks going into
Portland, Oregon, over the past few weeks, and troop movements of unmarked
military vehicles across the nation.  Ö Perhaps you might want to ponder the
significance of these events.

And Monday night, wasting no time exploiting these horrible deaths, Peter
Jennings, in yet another "made for propaganda" ABC News TV special, gave a full
and impartial (not) accounting of events by having those bastions of integrity,
Kisser, of the Cult Awareness Network, and a former Branch Davidian, give us
"insight" into how Branch Davidians and "all cults" think.  As if they know.
Peter Jennings twice said tonight, that "there are more than 100 cults across
the country and this is a warning of things to come." And Clinton issued an
ominous statement along the same lines the same night.

And by Thursday night, two reporters had tried to enter what remained of the Mt.
Carme  ël property and were arrested.  A guy named McDonald, speaking for
Governor Ann Richards of Texas, made it plain that attempting to enter the area
could result in "tragic circumstances."  In other words, while the cover up is
going on, anyone trying to find out the truth will be shot.

David Koresh had a message for the world.  He wasn't holding out to commit
suicide.  He didn't hold anyone hostage.  He wanted to give what he believed was
a gift to the world.  He believed he held the secret to the seven seals, spoken
of in Revelations.  He wanted to offer what he knew for anyone who could hear
it, believing he had a duty to offer it to help save the souls of those who did
not know. He wanted the time to wri  •te it down, which he had to do in
candlelight, using a manual typewriter, on scraps of paper.

He sent a message to the FBI telling them this.  He also sent messages, Bible
scriptures, that said that God would send his holy armies to smite his enemies.

That much may be true.  The Waco massacre has awakened Americans all across the
nation to what is horribly wrong in this country.  A voice of unity is being
heard, growing louder each day.  I have received over 4,000 phone calls in 3
weeks, from many different groups and organizations, and people of all races and
religions, from all walks of life.  They have one thing that has brought them
together: a search and a demand for liberty and justice for all.


We have seen our leaders on the  ß television, lying to us with straight faces,
offering justifications for this carnage, as if there could ever be any possible
moral explanation or excuse that could be enough.  That the people offering
these excuses are morally bankrupt and corrupt, should be obvious. And each of
them, Bill Clinton, Janet Reno, William Sessions, and Lloyd Bentsen, are
murderers.

This is the coming of the "New World Order."  A one world government where, in
order to put the new government in place, we must all be disarmed first.  To do
that, the government is deliberately creating schizms in our society, funding
both the anti-abortion and pro-choice sides, the anti-gun/pro-gun issues,
black-white race riots, gay/anti-gay hysteria, trying to provoke a riot that
will all  àow martial law to be implemented and all the weapons seized, while
"dissidents" are put safely away, perhaps, as in David Koresh's case,
permanently.  This was gun control in action, folks, exactly the way our
government plans to play it out, without apologies.  Now you tell me who were
the criminals here and who should be disarmed?

Interestingly, the day the Branch Davidians were murdered is also the
anniversary of the ride of Paul Revere.

Americans, my fellow patriots, we have cold-blooded killers running our country.
 Isn't it about time you put down your beer, get up off the sofa, and do
something about it?

The following property is concealed:

A quantity of firearms, including but not limited to: an assortment of
AR-15 rifles and AK-47 rifles, and parts thereof, along with a quantity of
assorted machinegun conversion parts, which, when assembled, would be
classified as machineguns, machinerty and implements used or suitable for
use in converting semi-automatic weapons to fully automatic and for
constructing destructive devices such as pipe bombs, and homemade grenades,
this machinery would include, but not limited to metal lathes and milling
machines, .50 caliber anti-tank rifle, sten guns, grenade launchers,
practice rifle grenades, practice hand grenades, various chemicals,
including but not limited to black powder, igniter cord, aluminum metal
powder and potassium nitrate, magnesium metal powder, metals in various
forms, inert "pineapple" type hand grenades, pipe bombs and parts thereof,
and other suitable casings of unknown description which, when assembled,
would be classified as destructive devices as those terms are defined in
Section 5845 (b), and Section 5845 (f), Chapter 53, Title 26, United States
Code, which are not registered with the National Firearms Registration and
Transfer Record, Washington, D.C., as required by law, and documentary and
computerized evidence of receipt, ownership and instructions for converting
semi-automatic firearms into machineguns, and the construction of
improvised explosive weapons, including computer hardware, peripheral
equipment and software containing files and directories and the information
theron.  This is to include any disks, manuals, printouts and other
assorted computer equipment.

AFFIDAVIT

Affiant alleges the following grounds for search and seizure.

I, Davy Aquilera, being duly sworn, depose and state that:

I am a Special Agent with the U.S. Treasury Department, Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco and Firearms, Austin, Texas and I have been so employed for
approximately 5 years.  This affidavit is based on my own investigation as
well as information furnished to me by other law enforcement officers and
concerned citizens.

As a result of my training and experience as a Special Agent for the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, I am familiar with the Federal firearm
and explosive laws and know that it is unlawful for a person to manufacure,
possess, transfer, or to transport or ship in interstate commerce
machineguns, machinegun conversion parts, or explosives which arre
classified, by Federal law, as machineguns, and/or destructive devices,
including any combination of parts either designed or intended for use in
converting any firearm into a machinegun, or into a destructive device as
defined by Federal law, and from which a destructive device may be readily
assembled, without them being lawfully registered in the National Firearms
Registration and Transfer Record, U.S. Treasury Department, Washington,
D.C.

During my 5 years experience with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and
Firearms, I have investigated persons who have unlawfully possessed,
transferred or shipped in interstate or foreign commerce firearms and/or
explosive devices which were not registered to them with the National
Firearms Registration and Transfer Record, and have successfully
participated in the prosecution of several of these individuals.


On June 4, 1992, I met with Lieutentant Gene Barber, McLennan County
Sheriff's Department, Waco, Texas, who has received extensive training in
explosives classification, identification adn the rendering safe of
explosive devices and has been recognized in Federal Court as an expert
witness in this field.  Lt. Barber stated taht he had received informationn
in May 1992, from an employee of United Parcel Service, Waco, Texas that
from April through June of 1992, several deliveries had been made to a
place known as the "Mag-Bag", Route 7 Box 555-b, Waco, Texas 76705, located
on Farm Road number 2491, in the names of Mike Schroeder and David Koresh,
which the UPS employee believed to be firearms components and explosives.
Through my investigation, I know that the place known as the "Mag-Bag" is a
small tract of land located at the above address which has two metal
buildings located on it.

The name "Mag-Bag" comes from the shipping label which is accompanied many
items shipped to the above address.  I and other agents have personally
observed vehicles consistently ove the past six months at the "Mag-Bag"
locatoin which are registered to Vernon Wayne Howell, aka:David Koresh.
Lieutentant Barber furhter stated that the UPS employees, Larry Gilbreath,
became suspicious and concerned about the deliveries, most of which were
shipped Cash On Delivery, (C.O.D.) because of their frequency and because
of the method used by the recipient to receive the shipments and to pay for
them.

Lieutenant Barber explained that David Koresh was an alias name used by
Vernon Wayne Howell who operated a religious cult commune near Wacl, Texas
at a place commonly known as the Mount Carmel Center, which is one of the
premises to be searched and more specifically described above. i have
learned from my investigation, particularly from my discussions with former
cult members that Vernon Howell adopted the name David Koresh more than a
year ago.  The name "David Koresh" was chosen by Howell because Howell
believed that the name helped designate him as the messiah or the anointed
one of God.  Lieutenant Barber further related that he was told by
Gilbreath that he has been making deliveries to the "Mag Bag" and Mount
Carmel Center on Double EE Ranch Road, Waco, Texas for several years, but
he had never been suspicious of any of the deliveries until 1992.
Gilbreath became concerned because he made several C.O.D. deliveries
addressed to the "Mag-Bag" but when he would stop at that location he was
instructed to wait while a telephone call was made to the Mount Carmel
Center by the person at the "Mag-Bag", usually Woodrow Kendrick or Mike
Schroeder, notifying the person who answered the phone at the Mount Carmel
Center that UPS was coming there with a C.O.D. delivery, after which
Gilbreath would be instructed to drive to the Mount Carmel Center to
deliver the package and collect for it.  That on those occasions when he
was at the Mount Carmel Center to deliver and colect for the C.O.D.
packages.  He saw several manned observation posts, and believed that the
observers were armed.

Lieutenant Barber stated that he was told by Larry Gilbreath (UPS) that in
May of 1992 two cases of inert hand grenades and a quantity of black powder
were delivered by him to the "Mag-Bag." The source of these shipments was
unknown to Gilbreath.

On June 9,1992, I was contacted by Lieutentant Barber who told me that he
had learned from Larry Gilbreath that in June of 1992, the United Parcel
Service delivered ninety (90) pounds of powdered aluminum metal and 30 to
40 cardboard tubes, 24 inches in length and 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches in
diameter, which were shipped from the Fox Fire Company, Pocatella, idaho,
to "Mag-Bag."  From another shipper whose identity is unknown, two parcels
containing a total of sixty (60), M-16/AR-15 ammunition magazines were
delivered by UPS to the "Mag-Bag" on June 8,1992.  I know based upon my
training and experience that an AR-15 is a semi-automatic rifle practically
identical to the M-16 rifle carried by United States Armed Forces.  The
AR-15 rifle fires .223 caliber ammunition and, just like the M-16, can
carry magazines of ammunition ranging from 30 to 60 rounds of ammunition.
I have been involved in many cases where defendants, following a relarively
simple process, convert AR-15 semi-automatic rifles to fully automatic
rifles of the nature of the M-16.  This conversion process can often be
accomplished by an individual purchasing certain parts which will quickly
transform the rifle to fire fully automatic.  Often times templates,
milling machines, lathes and instruction guides are utilzed by the
converter.

Lieutenant Barber related to me the follwing background information about
the Mount Carmel Center commune, which is located at Rt. 7, Box 471-b,
Waco, Texas , and consists of some seventy (70) acres of land, occupied by
Vernon W. Howell, a/k/a David Koresh and others.

The property was once owned and occupied by George Buchanan Roden, who once
was an unannounced candidate for the office of President of the United
States.  Roden inherited the property sometime in the 1950's, and beginning
about January 1986 established and led a religious cult group with about
twenty (20) followers.  He claimed to be the Prophet of the group.  The
property at that time was known as the "Elk Property/ Mt. Carmel Center."
About this same time, Roden was in jeopardy of losing the property by
foreclosure due to delinquent taxes which had not been paid since 1968.

About this same time, Vernon Wayne Howell, had established a similar group
in Palestine, Texas, known as the Branch Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists.
Sometime in 1987, Howell, laid claim to ownership of the Mr. Carmel Center
property and wanted to acquire it by any means possible.  On November
3,1987, Howell led an armed group of eight men into Roden's camp and a
45-minute gun battle ensued.  Roden was shot in the finger and was the only
person injured.

Eight people, including Vernon W. Howell and Paul Gordon Fatta were
arrested by the McLennan County Sheriff's Department, Waco, Texas, and were
indicted for attempted murder by a McLennan County Grand Jury. All eight
subjects were tried in State court at Waco, Texas and were
acquitted of the charges of attempted murder by a jury.

After the armed assault by Howell and his followers, George Roden vacated
the property.  In 1987, the property was taken over by Howell and his cult
group.  The taxes owed on the Mr. Carmel Center have been paid by Howell's
group.  His cult has grown to about seventy (70) to eighty (80) people
which includes men, women and children who now live on the Nount Carmel
Center property.

Lieutenant Barber furnished me with recently taken aerial photographs of
the Mount Carmel Center which had been taken by Captain Dan Weyenberg of
the McLennan County Sheriff's Department, Waco, Texas.  Among the things
noted in the photographs was a buried bus near the main structure and an
observation tower, approximately three or four stories tall with windows
on all four sides enabling a view from the structure of 360 degrees.

I was also advised by Lieutenant Barber that Robert Cervanka, a known long
time McLennan County citizen, who lives near the Mount Carmel Center
compound, had, on several occasions, from January through February of 1992,
had heard machinegun fire coming from the compound property.  Mr. Cervanka
offered law enforcement authorities his residense to be used a surveillance
post.

On July 21,1992, I met with Rovert L. Cervanka, Route 7, Box 103, Riesel,
Texas.  Mr. Cervanka farms the property surronding the east side of the
Mount Carmel property.  Mr. Cervanka stated he has farmed that area since
1948.  From about January and February of 1992 he has heard machinegun fire
on the Vernon Howell property during the night
hours.  He is familiar with and knows the sound of machinegun fire because
he did a tour overseas with the U.S. Army.  He believes that some of the
gunfire he heard was being done with 50 caliber machineguns and possibly
M-16 machineguns.

On November 13,1992, based on information gained from Gilbreath by
Lieutenant Barber, I interviewed Dave Haupert, Olympic Arms Inc., Olympia,
Washington, a company which had shipped several parcels to David Koresh at
the "Mag-Bag", Rt. 7, Box 555-b, Waco. Texas.  Mr. Haupert told me that the
records of Olympic arms Inc., indicated that approximately forty-five(45)
AR-15/M-16 rifle upper receiver units, with barrels of various calibers,
had been shipped from March through April of 1992 to the Mag-Bag
Corporation for a total cost of $11,107.31, cash of delivery.

On January 13,1993, I interviewed Larry Gilbreath in Waco, Texas, and
confirmed the information which ahd previously been related to me by
Lieutenant Barber.  Mr. Gilbreath told me that although he had been making
deliveries at the "Mag Bag" and the Mount Carmel Center for quite some
time, his suspicion about the packages being delivered to those places
never was aroused until about February 1992.  At that time the invoices
accompanying a number of packages reflected that they contained firearm
parts and accessories as well as various chemicals.  He stated that in May
1992, a package which was addressed to the "Mag Bag" accidently broke open
while it was being loaded on his delivery truck.  He saw that it contained
three boxes the contents of which were "pineapple" type hand grenades which
he believed to be inert.  He stated that here were about fifty of the
grenades and that he later delivered them to the Mount Carmel Center.  The
Mount Carmel Center is that tract of land depicted in the photograph
labeled  "attachment B" with the main residential structure being depicted
in "attachment C."

Mr. Gilbreath stated that these suspicious packages were usually addressed
to the "Mag Bag" or to David Koresh.  When he would stop to deliver them to
the "Mag Bag", he was met most of the time by Woodrow Kendrick, and on
other occasions by Steve Schneider.  They would have him wait while they
telephoned the Mount Carmel Center to tell them that UPS was coming with a
C.O.D. package.  He would be instructed to take the package(s) to the Mount
Carmel Center, he was usually met by Perry Jones or, on occasion, by Steve
Schneider, who would pay the C.O.D. charges in cash and would accept
delivery of the shipments.

On this same date, June 8,1992, I interviewed Glen Deruiter, Manager, Sarco
Inc., Stirling, New Jersy, and learned from him that in May of 1992, their
company shipped one M-16 parts set kit with a sling and magazine to the
"Mag-Bag" in the name of David Koresh.  The total value of these items was
$284.95

Also on June 8,1992, I interviewed Cynthia Alco, Owner/Manager, Nesard Gun
Parts Company, Barrington, Illinois, and learned from her that in May of
1992, her company shipped to the "Mag-Bag", two (2) M-16 machinegun car
kits and two (2) M-16 machinegun E2 kits.  These kits contain all the parts
of an M-16 machinegun, except for the lower receiver unit which is the
"firearm" by lawful definition.  Ms. Alco stated that the total amount of
sales to the Mag-Bag was $1227.00.  Within the past month, I have spoken
with Curtis Bartlett, Firearms Technician with BATF and have learned that
Nesard Company has been under investigation in the past by ATF for engaging
in a scheme to supply parts which would enable individuals to construct
illegal weapons from various component parts.

On June 9,1992, I requested that a search of the records of the National
Fireamrs Registration and Transfer Record, Washington, D.C., to determine
if Vernon W. Howell and/or Paul G. Fatta, one of Howell's closest follwers,
had any machineguns or other NFA weapons registered to them.  The result of
the search was negative.

On this same date, June 9,1992, I requested a search of the records of the
Firearms Licensing Section of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms,
Atlanta, Georgia, to determine if Howell, Fatta or the "Mag-Bag"
Corporation were licenses as Fieramrs dealers or manufacturers.  The result
of this search was negative.

On June 10,1992, I requested a search of the records of the Firearms
Licensing Section of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Atlanta,
Georgia, to determine if David Koresh, Howell's alias name or David M.
Jones, a known associate of Howell, were licensed as Firearms dealers of
manufacturers.  The result of this search was negative.

On June 23,1992, I spoke with ATF compliance Inspector Robert Souza,
Seattle, Washington, who inquired about the Mag Bag Corporation, Route 7,
Box 555, Waco, Texas.  He had received some invoices reflecting a large
quantity of upper receivers and AR-15 parts being shipped to "Mag Bag",
Waco, Texas, from Olympic Arms Inc., 624 Old Pacific Hwy., S.E. Olympia,
Washington.  Inspector Souza faxed me copies of invoices, reflecting
purchases of twenty (20) AR-15 upper receiver units with barrels by the
"Mag Bag" on March 26th and 30th, 1992.  These items are in addition to the
items referred to above.

As a result of my investigation of shipments to Howell/Koresh and Mike
Schroeder at the "Mag-Bag" Corporation, Waco, Texas, through the United
Parcel Service, and the inspection of the firearms records of Henry
McMahon, dba, Hewitt Hand Guns, Hewitt, Texas, I have learned that they
acquired during 1992, the following firearms and related explosive
paraphernalia:


one hundred four (104), AR-15/M-16, upper receiver groups with barels.
Eight thousand, one hundred (8,100) rounds of 9mm and .223 caliber
ammunition for AR-15/M-16.
Twenty (20), one hundred round capacity drum magazines for AK-47 rifles.
Two hundred sixty (260), M-16/AR-15 magazines.
Thirty (30) M-14 magazines.
Two (2) M-16 E2 kits.
Two (2) M-16 car kits.
One M-76 grenade launcher.
Two hundred (200) M-31, practice rifle grenades.
Four (4) M-16 parts set Kits "A".
Two (2) flare launchers
Two cases, (approximately 50) inert practice hand grenades.
40-50 pounds of black gun powder.
Thirty (30) pounds of Potassium Nitrate.
Five (5) pounds of Magnesium metal powder.
One pound of Igniter cord. ( A class C explosive)
Ninety-one (91) AR/15 lower receiver units.
Twenty-six (26) various calibers and brands of hand guns and long guns.
90 pounds of aluminum metal powder.
30-40 cardboard tubes.

The amount of expenditures for the above listed firearm paraphernalia,
excluding the (91) AR-15 lower receiver units and the (26) complete
firearms, was in excess of $44,300.

From my investigation, I have learned that a number of shipments to the
"Mag-Bag" have been from vendors with questionable trade practices. One is
presently under investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and
Firearms, for violations fo the National Firearms Act, which prohibits
unlawful possession of machineguns, silencers, destructive devices, and
machinegun conversion kits.

Because of the sensitivity of this investigation, these vendors have not
been contacted by me for copies of invoices indicating the exact items
shipped to the Mag-Bag.

On November 13,1992, I interviewed Lieutenant Coy Jones, McLennan County
Sheriff's Department, Waco, Texas, and learned from him that he had spoken
with an employee of the United Parcel Servcie , Waco, Texas, who wished to
remain anonymous.  This person told Jones that Marshal Keith Butler, a
relative of the person who wishes to remain anoymous, is a machinist by
trade, and is associated with Vernon Howell.

The records of the Texas Department of Public Safety reflect that Butler
has been arrested on seven (7) occasions since 1984 for unlawful possession
of drugs.  Two of the arrests resulted in convictions for possession of a
controlled substance.  Butler's latest arrest and conviction was in January
1992.  Butler received a sentence of three (3) years in the Texas
Department of Corrections.  In April 1992 Butler was paroled to McLennan
County, Texas.

On November 13,1992, I interviewed Terry Fuller, a deputy sheriff for teh
McLennan County Sheriff's Department, Waco, Texas, and learned from him
that on November 6,1992, at approximately 1:25 p.m., while on routine
patrol in the area of the Mount Carmel Center, the property controlled by
Vernon Howell, he heard a loud explosion in the area of the north part of
the Mount Carmel Property.  As he drove toward the area where he thought
the explosin had occurred, he observed a large cloud of grey smoke
dissipating from ground level on the north end of the Mount Carmel
property.

On December 7,1992, I spoke with Special Agent Carlos Torres, Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Houston, Texas, who had been assisting me in
a portion of this investigation.  He related to me the results of his
interview on December 4,1992, with Joyce Sparks, Texas Department of Human
Service, Waco, Texas.  Special Agent Torres told me that Ms. Sparks
received a complaint from outside the State of Texas, that David Doresh was
operating a commune type compound, and that he was sexually abusing young
girls.  Ms. Sparks stated that on February 27,1992, she along with two
other employees of the Texas Department of Human Services and Two McLennan
County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the complaint.  They went to the
Mount CArmel Center compound located east of Waco in McLennan County.  When
they arrived at the compound, they were met by a lady who identified
herself as Rachel Koresh, the wife of David Koresh.

Koresh was not there.  She had strict orders from him not to talk with
anyone unless he was present.  Ms. Sparks finally was able to convince Mrs.
Koresh to allow her to talk with some of the children. who were present.
She talked to a young boy about 7 or 8 years old.  The child said that he
could not wait to grow up and be a man.  When Ms. Sparks asked him why he
was in such a hurry to grow up, he replied that when he grew up he would
get a "long gun" just like all the other men there.  When Ms. Sparks
pursued the subject, the boy told her that all the adults had guns and that
they were always practicing with them.

Ms. Sparks also told Special Agent Torres that she was escorted throught
part of th ebuilding where she noted a lot of construction being performed.
She also said that she could not determine how many people were in the
group, but estimated about sixty (60) to seventy (70)people there including
men, women and children.  She stated that she saw about 15 to 20 adult
males there.

Ms. Sparks also said that on April 6,1992, she visited the compound again.
On this occasion she talked with David Koresh.  She asked Koresh about the
firearms which she had been told by the small child.  Koresh admitted that
there were a few firearms there, but said that most of the adults did not
know of them, and that there were too few to be of any significance.  Ms.
Sparks said thta when she pressed Koresh about the firearms and their
location at the compound, he offered to show her around.  He requested that
she wait about 30 minutes until he could get the other residents out of the
building so they would not see where he had the firearms stored.  After a
period of time, Ms. Sparks was escorted through part of the building by
Koresh.  She noted that there was more construction activityy and that the
inside of the structure looked quite differant from her previous visit.
Each time Ms. Sparks asked Koresh about the location of the firearms, he
would tell her that they were in a safe place where the children could not
get to them.  Then he would change the subject.

Ms. Sparks said that she noticed a trap door in the floor at one end of the
building.  Whe she inquired about it, Koresh allowed her to look into the
trap door.  She could see a ladder leading down into a buried school bus
from which all the seats had been removed.  At one end of the bus she could
see a very large refrigerator with numerous bullet holes.  She also saw
three long guns lying on the floor of the bus, however, she did not know
the make or caliber of them.  Whe stated that there was no electricity in
the bus.  Everything she saw was with the aid of a pen light.  When
questioned by Ms. Sparks, Koresh said that the bus was where he practiced
his target shooting in order not to distrub his neighbors.

Ms. Sparks felt the entire walk through the compound was staged for her by
Koresh.  When she asked to speak with some of the children and other
residents, Koresh refused, stating they were not available.  She said that
during her conversation with Koresh, he told her that he was the
"Messenger" from God, that the world was coming to an end, and that when he
"reveals" himself the riots in Los Angeles would pale in comparison to what
was going to ahppen in Waco, Texas.  Koresh stated that it would be a
"military type operation" and that all the "non-believers" would have to
suffer.

On December 11,1992, I interviewed Robyn Bunds in LaVerne, California.
Robyn Bunds is a former member and resident of Vernon Howell's commune in
Waco, Texas.  She told me that in 1988, at the age of 19, she gave birth to
a son who was fathered by Vernon Howell.  Her departure from the commune in
1990 was a result of Howell becoming progressively more violent and
abusive.

While she was there, she and the other residents were subjected to watching
extremely violent movies of the Vietnam war which Howell would refer to as
training films.  Howell forced members to stand guard of the commune 24
hours a day with loaded weapons.  Howell always was in possession of
firearms and kept one under his bed while sleeping.  Robyn stated that her
present residence in California belonged to her parents.  For a period of
several years Howell had exclusive control of the residence and used it for
other members of his cult when he was in California.  It was later
relinquished by Howell to Robyn's mother.  In June 1992, while she was
cleaning one of the bedrooms of the residence she found a plactic bag
containing gun parts.  She showed them to her brother, David Bunds, who has
some knowledge of firearms.  He told her that it was a machinegun
conversion kit.  She stored the gun parts in her garage because she felt
certain that Howell would send some of his followers to pick them up.
Subsequent to her discovery of the conversion kit, Paul Fatta, Jimmy
Riddle, and Neal Vaega, all members of Howell's cult and residents of the
commune in Waco, came from Waco, Texas, to California and picked up the
conversion kit.

On December 12,1992, I interviewed Jeannine Bunds, the mother of Robyn and
David Bunds.  She told me that she was a former member of Howell's group in
Waco, Texas, having left there in September 1991.  She is a registered
nurse and was working in that capacity at the Good Samaritan Hodpital, Los
Angeles, California.  While at Howell's commune in Waco, she participated
in live fire shooting exercises conducted by Howell.  She saw several long
guns there, some of which she described as AK-47 rifles.  Mrs. Bunds
described the weapon to me and was able identify an AK-47 from among a
number of photographs of firearms shown to her by me.  I believe that she
is well able to identify an AK-47.  In July of 1991, she saw Howell
shooting a machinegun on the back portion of the commune property.  She
knew it was a machinegun because it functioned with a very rapid fire and
would tear up the ground when Howell shot it.  Mrs. Bunds also told me that
Howell had fathered at least fifteen (15) children from various women and
young girls at the compound.  Some of the girls who had babies fathered by
Howell were as young as 12 years old.  She had personally delivered
seven(7) of these children.

According to Ms. Bunds, Howell annuls all marriages of couples who join his
cult.  He then has exclusive sexual access to the women.  He also, accoring
to Mrs. Bunds, has regular sexual relations with young girls there.  The
girls ages are from eleven (11) years old to adulthood.

On January 6,1993, I interviewed Jeannine Bunds again in Los Angeles,
California.  I showed her seveal photographs of firearms and explosives
devices.  She identified an AR-15 rifle and a pineapple type hand grenade
as being items which she had seen a the Mournt CArmel Center while she was
there.  She stated that she saw several of the AR-15 and at least one of
teh hand grenades.

On January 7,1993, I interviewed Deborah Sue Bunds in Los Angeles,
California.  She was the wife of David Bunds, and she had been a member of
teh "Branch Davidian"since birth.  She stated she first met Vernon Wayne
Howell in July 1980.  When Howell assumed leadership of the "Branch" in
Waco, Texas, in 1987, he began to change the context of their Doctrine.
While she was at the Mount Carmel compound in Waco, Texas, she was
assigned, under Howell's direction, to guard duty with a loaded weapon.
About February 1989, she observed Howell shooting a machinegun behind the
main structure of the compound.  She is sure the firearm was a machinegun
because of the rapid rate of fire and the rate of fire was much different
from that which was usually conducted during practice exercises on the
compound.  After describing the firing of this weapon to me, I believe that
Ms. Bunds was describing the firing of an automatic weapon.

Mrs. Deborah Bunds also told me that during an evening meal a short time
after having seen Howell shoot the machinegun, she overheard Howell and his
closest associates discussing machineguns.  Howell was very excited about
having a machinegun.  He voiced a desire to acquire additional machineguns,
specifically AK-47 type machineguns.

During this investigation I made inquiries of a number of law enforcment
data bases for information about those commune residents who I have been
able to identify.  Through TECS I learned that some forty (40) foreign
nationals from Jamaica, United Kingdom, Israel, Australia and New Zealand
have entered the United States at various times in the past and have used
the address of the Mount Carmel Center, Waco, Texas as their point of
contact while here.  According to INS records most of these foreign
nationals have over stayed their entry permits or visas and are therefore
illegally in the United States.  I know that it is a violation of Title 18,
United States Code, Section 922 for an illegal alien to receive a firearm.

On January 1, and January 3,1993 , Mrs. Poia Vaega of Mangars, Auckland,
New Zealand, was interviewed telephonically by Resident Agent in Charge
Bill Buford, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Little Rock,
Arkansas, who also is assisting me in this investigation.  The results of
Special Agent Buford's interview on January 3,1993, was tape recorded with
the permission of Poia Vaega and has since been transcripted and
typewritten.  Both the tape recording and the interviews with Poia Vaega
revealed a falst imprisonment for a term of three and one half (3 1/2)
months which began in June of 1991 and physical and sexual abuse of one of
Mrs. Vaega's sisters, Doreen Saipaia.  This was while she was a member of
the "Branch Davidian" at the Mount Carmel Center, Waco, Texas.  The
physical and sexual abuse was done by Vernon Wayne Howell and Stanley
Sylvia, a close follower of Howell, on several occasions.

It was learned from Mrs. Vaega that she and her husband, Leslie, were also
members of Howell's group in Waco for a short period of time in March 1990.
Upon their arrival at Mount Carmel Center, she and her husband were
separated and not allowed to sleep together or have any sexual contact.

According to Mrs. Vaega, all the firls and women at the compound were
exclusively reserved for Howell.  She stated that Howell would preach his
philosophy, which did not always conincide with the Bible, for hours at a
time.  She and her husband left the compound after ten (10) days because
her husband did not agree with Howell's doctrine, but that her two sisters
stayed behind.

Mrs. Vaega also related taht she was present at one of the study periods
held by Howell when Howell passed his personal AK-47 machinegun around for
the group to handle and look over.

On January 6,1993, I received the results of an examination conducted by
Jerry A. Taylor, Explosives Enforcement Officer, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco
and Firearms, Walnut Creek, California, in response to a requrest from me
to render an opinion on device design, construction, functioning, effacts,
and classification of explosives materials which have been accumulated by
Howell and his followers.  Mr. Taylor has received extensive training in
Explosives Classification, Identification and rendering safe of explosive
devices and has been recognized on numerous occasions as an expert witness
in Federal court.  Mr. Taylor stated that the chemicals Potassium Nitrate,
Aluminum, and Magnesium, when mixed in the proper proportions, do
constitute an explosive as defined by Federal law.  He further stated that
Igniter cord is an explosive.  Also Mr. Taylor stated that the inert
practice rifle grenades and hand grenades would, if modified as weapons
with the parts avaliable to Howell, become explosives devices as defined by
Federal law.  Finally he stated that black powder, is routinely used as the
main charge when manufacturing improvised explosive weapons such as
grenades and pipe bombs.  I know that Title 26, United States Code, Section
5845 makes it unlawful for a person to possess any combination of parts
designed or intended for use in converting any device into a destructive
device.  The definition of "firearm" includes any combination of parts,
either designed or inteded for use in converting any device into a
destructive device such as a grenade, and from which a destructive device
may be readily assembled.  See United States v. Price, 877 F.2d 334
(5thCir.1989).  So long as an individual possesses all of the component
parts, item constitutes a destructive device even though it is not
assembled, so long as it can be readily assembled.  United States v.
Russell, 468 F. Supp.322 (D.C. Tex 1979)

On January 8,1993, I interviewed Marc Breault in Los Angeles, California.
He is an American citizen who lives in Australia with his wife Ilizabeth.
He was once a member of the "Branch Davidian" in Waco, Texas.   He lived a
the Mount Carmel Cneter from early 1988 until September 1989.  While there
he participated in physical training and firearm shooting exercises
conducted by Howell.  He stood guard armed with a loaded weapon.  Guard
duty was maintained twenty-four (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week.
Those who stood guard duty were instructed by Howell to "shoot to kill"
anyone attempted to come through  the entrance gate of the Mount Carmel
property.  On one occasion, Howell tolf him that he wanted to obtain and/or
manufacture hachineguns, grenads and explosive devices. Howell stated he
thought that the gun control laws were ludicrious, because an individual
could easily acquire a firearm and the necessary parts to convert it to a
machinegun, but if a peron had the gun and ther parts together they would
be in violation of the law.  On another occasion, Howell told him that he
was interested in acquiring the " Anarchist's Cook Book",  which I know is
a publication outlining clandestine operations to include instructions and
formuls for manufacturing improvised explosive devices.

On January 12, 1993, I spoke with Special Agent Earl Dunagan, Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Austin, Texas, who is assisting me in thei
investigation.  He related the resulrs of his inquiry to the ATF Firearms
Techonology Branch, Washington, D.C., for an opinion concerning the
firearms parts which have been accumulated by Howell and his group.
Special Agent Dunnagan stated that he had spokenb with Curtis Bartlett,
Firearms Enforcement Officer, Washington, D.C., and was told by Officer
Bartlett that the firearms parts which Howell has received and the method
by which he has recieved them, is consistent with activities in other ATF
investigations in various parts of the United States, which have resulted
in the discovery and seizure of machineguns.  Mr. Bartlett stated that the
firearms parts received by Howell could be used to assemble both
semi-automatic firearms and machineguns.  He has examined many firearms
which had been assembled as mahcineguns which included these type parts.

Mr. Bartlett also told Special Agent Dunagan that one of the vendors of
supplies to Howell has been the subject of several ATF investigations in
the past.  ATF executed asearch warrant at this company and had seized a
number of illegal machineguns and silencers.

Special Agent Dunagan told me that on January 12,1993, he spoke with
Special Agent Mark Mutz, ATF, Washington, D.C., who was the case agent on
the above ongoing investigation dealing with the illicit supplier who has
provided gun parts to Howell.  Special Agent Mutz stated that during the
execution of the Federal search warrant at the company's office in South
Carolina, he saw large quantities of M-16 machinegun and AK-47 machinegun
parts.  The company maintained their inventory of these parts as
"replacement parts" sp they fell easily within a loophole in the Federal
law which prohibited ATF from seizing the parts.  Special Agent Mutz stated
taht the company had all the necessary parts to convert AR-15 rifles and
AK-47 rifles into machineguns if their customers had the upper and lower
receivers for those firearms.  Based on my investigation, as stated above
in the description of gun parts shipped to Howell, I know that Howell
possesses the upper and lower receivers for teh firearms which he is
apparently trying to convert to fully automatic.

Mr. Bartlett told me that another one of the vendors of suplies to Howell,
Nesard Gun Parts Co., 27 W. 990 Industrial Rd., Barringon, Ill., has also
been the subject of an ATF investigation.  Officer of that company, Gerald
Graysen Cynthia alco and Anthony Alco all pled guilty to ATF charges.  The
Nesard Co., which owned Sendra Corporation, was shipping AR-15 receivers
through the Sendra Corp., along with part kits from the Nesard Co.  When
these parts are assembled it resulted in the manufacture of a short
barrelled rifle.  Even though the above subjects are convicted felons they
continue to conduct business because the Nesard Gun Parts Co., distributes
gun parts and not firearms.

On January 25,1993, I interviewed David Block in Los Angeles, California.
He stated that he was a member of Howell's cult at the Mount Carmel Center,
Waco, Texas, from March 1992, until June 23,1992.  During the time he was
there, he attended two Gun Shows with Vernon Howell, Mike Schroeder, Paul
Fatta, and Henry McMahon who is a Federally licensed firearms dealer.  The
gun shows were in Houston and San Antonio, Texas.

While at the Mount Carmel Center he saw a metal lathe and a meal milling
machine which were normally operated by Donald Bunds and Jeff Little.
Donald Bunds, a mechanical engineer, has the capability to fabricate
firearms parts, accoring to Block. On one occasion at the Mount Carmel
Center, he observed Bunds designing, what Bunds described as a "grease
gun/sten gun" on an Auto Cad Computer located at the residence building at
the compound.  The computer has the capability of displaying a three
dimensional rendering of objects on a computar monitor screen.  The object
appeared to be a cylindrical tube with a slot out into the side of it for a
bolt cocking lever.  Bunds told him that Howell wanted Bunds to design a
"grease gun" which they could manufacture.  Mr. Block told me that on
another occasion at the Mount Carmel Center he saw Donald Bund designing a
template which Bunds explained was to fit around the "grease gun"  tubes
indicating where the bolt lever slots were to be milled out.  This was
another step in manufacturing "grease guns" which had been requested by
Howell.  I know that a "grease gun" is a machinegun following after the
design of a World War II era military weapon.

During his time at the Mount Carmel Center Mr. Blockl was present several
occasions when Howell would sk if anyone had any knowledge about making
hand grenades  or converting semi-automatic rifles to machineguns. At one
point he also heard discussion about a shipment of inert hand grenades and
Howell's intent to reactiviate them.  Mr. Block stated that he observed at
the compound published magazines such as, the "Shotgun News" and other
related clandestine magazines.  He heard extensive talk of the existence of
the "Anarchist Cook Book".

Mr. Block told me that he observed a .50 caliber rifle mounted on a bi-pod
along with .50 caliber ammunition.  However, what Mr. Block described to
ATF Agents, was a British Boys, .52 caliber, anti-tank rifle (a destructive
device).  Mr. Block further stated that he also heard talk of the existence
of two additional .50 caliber rifles on the compound.  There was also
extensive talk about converting the .50 caliber rifles and other rifles to
machineguns.

Mr. Block also told me that he met James Paul Jones from Redding,
California, who was visiting the Mount Carmel Center in April or May of
1992.  According to Howell, Jones was a firearms and explosives expert.

On Februrary 22,1993 ATF Special Agent Robert Rodriquez told me that on
February 21, 1993, while acting in an undercover capacity, he was contacted
by David Koresh and was invited to the Mount Carmel Compound.  Special
Agent Rodriguez accepted the invitation and met with David Koresh inside
the compound.  Vernon Howell, also known as David Koresh played music on a
guitar for 30 minutes and then began to read the Bible to Special Agent
Rodriguez.  During this session, Special Agent Rodriquez was asked numerous
questions about his life.  After answering all the questions Special Agent
Rodriquez was asked to attend a two week Bible session with David Koresh.
This was for Special Agent to learn the 7 Seals and become a member of the
group.  Special Agent Rodriquez was told that by becoming a member
he(Rodriquez) was going to be watched and disliked.  David Koresh stated
that Special Agent Rodriquez would be disliked because the Government did
not consider the group religious and that he (Koresh) did not pay taxes or
local taxes because he felt he did not have to.  David Koresh told Special
Agent Rodriquez that he believed in the right to bear arms but that the
U.S. Government was going to take away that right.  David Koresh asked
Special Agent Rodriquez if he knew that if he (Rodriquez) purchased a
drop-in-searfor an AR-15 rifle it would not be illegal, but if he
(Rodriquez) had an AR-15 rifle with the sear that it would be against the
law.  David Koresh stated that the sear could be purchased legally.  David
Koresh stated that the Bible gave him the right to bear arms.  David Koresh
then advised Special Agent Rodriquez that he had something he wanted
Special Agent Rodriquez to see.  At that point he showed Special Agent
Rodriquez a video tape of ATF which was made by the Gun Owners Association
(G.O.A.).  This film portrayed ATF as an agency who violated the rights of
Gun Owners by threats and lies.

I believe that Vernon Howell, also known as David Koresh and/or his
followers who reside at the compound known legally as the Mount Carmel
Centere are unlawfully manufacturing and possessing machineguns and
explosive devices.

It has been my experience over the five years that I have been a Special
Agent for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, and that of other
Special Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, some of whom
have the experience of twenty (20) years or more, who have assisted in this
investigation that it is a common practice for persons enganged in the
unlawful manufacture and possession of maachineguns and explosive devices
to employ surreptitious methods and means to acquire the products nessacary
to produce such items, and the production, use and storage of those items
are usually in a protected or secret environment.  It is also my
experience that persons who acquire firearms, firearm parts, and explosive
materials maintain records of receipt and ownership of such items and
instruction manuals or other documents explaining the methods of
construction of such unlawful property.

My name is Dave Koresh. I'm Speaking to you from Mount Carmel Center. The first
thing that I would like to introduce, in our subject, is the reasons for the
revelation of Jesus Christ. In the Book of Revelation, commentary states, that
what John has written in Scripture, is nothing other than the revelation of
Jesus Christ which God gave to him, to show to his servants things which must
shortly come to pass. And he sent and signified it, signified it by his angel
unto his servant John.

Now, John bears the record of God, and the word of Christ, and of all things
that he saw.  In the first chapter of Revelation it says, "Blessed is the man,
blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and
those who `keep' the things that are written therein, for the time is at hand."

The Scripture states John writes this of the seven churches which are in Asia:
Ephesus, Smyrna, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea, so forth.  Naturally,
we must understand that we're not in  Asia.  These  churches  once existed  long
ago,  being beneficiaries of the power and the gifts of the gospel. It was
originally introduced by The Man himself.  Some knew him as Jesus Christ; others
knew him by the name Yeshua.

What we're trying to present today may in some ways shed a better light in
regards to my situation and my predicament here at Mount Carmel. One point I'd
like to bring out before we continue, is that if we take a look at Matthew,
Mark, Luke and John, we see the burden of these ancient writers: the burden of
heart, the burden of mind and spirit, to put in a scriptural record, their
personal experience with Christ. A record that is to be received by men, all
men, who will receive it.

The point is true that not all have seen Christ, but it has been in the wisdom
of God that certain men who were witnesses of his life, and death, and
resurrection, that they would bear witness by the written word, and testify to
the generations to come, of the terrible happening that took place, when the men
of that generation would not believe in the man who through so many obvious
evidences -- proved beyond shadows of doubt, that he was the Son of God.

But sad to say, if we take a look of the record of John, the gospel writer of
John, say Chapter 7, we see in Scripture John writes that after certain events,
after these things, Jesus walked in Galilee; he would not walk openly, he would
not walk in Jewry, he would not walk amongst the Jews, because the Jews sought
to kill him.

We might wonder why? Wasn't Christ such a good man? Now the Jews' Feast of
Tabernacles was at hand. His brethren therefore said unto him, "depart hence and
go into Judea that thy disciples also may see thy works that thou doeth. For
there is no man that doeth anything in secret and he himself seeketh to be known
openly.  If thou do these things, show thyself to the world." For neither did
his brethren believe in him.

Strange statement, isn't it? It's funny how that the men live and had to deal
with the realities of life. That even a man like Christ can have to meet with
unbelief even from his own brethren. Then Jesus said unto them, "My time is not
yet come, but your time is always ready." And I'm sure most of all bible
students will agree the time referred to, is the time of his crucifixion.

They wanted to kill him, and he didn't want to show himself openly. Then Jesus
said unto them, (Verse 7)... <excuse me, uhn>, "The world can not hate you, but
me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works there are evil. Go ye up
into this feast. I go not yet up into this feast, for my time is not yet full
come." When he said these words to them while he abode still in Galilee.

But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up into the feast, not
openly, but as it were, in secret. You would wonder why a man like Christ would
have something to hide. I mean surely, the angels would protect him, obviously.
A person would think a lot of things about this strange character,  and
disposition of character.

But we're sure -- being Christians -- that Christ knew what he was doing. And
the Jews saw him at the feast and said, "Where is he?" And there was much
murmuring among the people concerning him, but some said, "He is a good man."
Others said, "Nay, but he deceiveth the people." Howbeit no man spake openly of
him for fear of the Jews.

Now we understand the  Jews at that time had  their own religious-political
network, didn't they? They were pretty strong in the religious spectrum,
although they had no actual political power. They were subject to the Roman
government, and not to the Roman [Jewish?] judicial/levitical laws.

Now about the vista of the feast. Jesus went up to the temple and taught. The
Jews marvelled saying, "How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?" Now
in the days of Israel, most scholars and teachers will agree, that the schools
of Israel, ordained by the Sanhedrin, and also the Pharisees, were schools
similar to the uh... ones of our own theological schools of today.

Of which the careful student of Scripture observes, that nowhere is it written
in the gospel that Christ ever attended these schools. But at the age of 12, he
did enter into the temple, and had a most unique and interesting discussion with
the religious leaders, of which they were quite amazed that such a young lad's
knowledge of Scripture.

Now this man was teaching something -- no doubt. (Christ that is) that inspired
the people to say, (you know), "how knoweth this man (you know) letters having
never learned?" They marveled. Jesus answered them and says, "My doctrine is not
mine, but his that sent me." Now, what does that mean? "My doctrine is not mine,
but his that sent me." "If any man will do the will, do his will, he shall know
the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself."

Now friends, people that love the Lord, this is where we begin to uhh... talk
about some serious things.

I'm sure you're all aware of how..  how I'm involved in a very serious thing
right now, and I'm sure that a lot of you realize that I should be possibly
scared... concerned.  There's women, children and men involved in our situation
here at Mount Carmel. But I am really concerned about the lives of my brethren
here, and also would be concerned even greater, about the lives of all those in
this world.

You know, without Christ, without Jesus, we have no hope.  Why? Well, because we
know that the standard of God's righteousness is law, a law of the Ten
Commandments, a law of statutes and judgments. And which God gave unto Moses on
Sinai saying, "This is thy righteousness O Israel."

But you know, God also gave another law. A law revolving around a system of
shedding a poor and innocent lamb's blood.  So that all who would break the Law
of God, who would seek God for forgiveness and pardon, had to bring a lamb,
something innocent, and slay it -- although, Israel themselves never really knew
the real meaning of this. Nonetheless, they were commanded to do it. Also there
were other sacrifices such as: turtle-doves, goats, oxen, red heifers.

But, it was a very sophisticated and very prolific type system of worship.  Of
course, God had to give these people their own country. He had to give them
blessings and things, to be able to perform these rituals.  And naturally of
course having to slay a lamb for your sins, (or such sacrifices), it would
definitely keep a man on guard not to sin too much, because otherwise he could
lose the livestock pretty quick, couldn't he?

Well  anyway, "thanks be unto God," from as far back as Deuteronomy 32, all the
way through to Malachi, there has been other writings, writings of the prophets.
Writings who do not usurp the authority of Moses, but actually exalt The Law of
Moses.  But yet there's an additional testimony. For the same God of Heaven --
Who's rich in mercy -- has not only given to men a law, but also a way of
escape, for those repentant souls who might fall short of the glory of God's
law. Which some scholars will agree, that the glory of God's law is that it's a
divine precept of His own character.  God's character is revealed in the law.

Now, Christ is the only hope for a world that sins.  Now, how do we know? Well
-- The Prophets -- have prophesied? But what if we're not familiar with the
prophets? Well, were the Jews familiar with the prophets when this Word-of-God
was made flesh? When Mary, The Virgin, had a baby boy, did everyone believe that
she was really a virgin when Christ was conceived?

If we search the Scriptures, we'll find in certain arguments the Pharisees
confronted Christ -- and said to him, "We be not sons born of fornication." So
obviously, not everyone believed that he was a child of a virgin birth.  If they
hadn't looked back to Isaiah chapter 8, and learned the mystery of Immanuel --
that a virgin would conceive and bear a son -- then they might not really put
too much ahhm... [con]sistency into the fact that Christ at that day claimed to
be born of a virgin.  I mean, if Isaiah the prophet was a false prophet, well
then naturally they would conclude that anyone  claiming to have these things
fulfilled would be false, too.

But of course, Christ, he did something more than to just fulfill prophecy. He
did miracles. Miracles of mercy such as: healing the sick, feeding the hungry,
raising the dead. And if we study we'll see that Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
gives us in somewhat a full view of the oppositions, (and also the
confidements), that he had in doing these miracles.  He gathered many unto him
through the means of these miracles.

But sad to say, even though he had done so many miracles, Scripture says, yet
when it came right down to it, they did not believe in him. It's amazing to
think that even his own disciples forsook him -- except Mary Magdalene.  She
stayed with him to the very end, didn't she? Last to leave The Cross, first to
come to the sepulchre.

Now, we need to sit here and we need to ask ourselves the question.  How come
the men of that generation did not believe in Christ? In Matthew 23, Christ had
to say to the Jews, "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, how often I would have gathered
you, but you would not." Why? He tells them that they have forsaken The
Prophets. "Thou that killest the prophets, how often I would have gathered you."
How does the subject of gathering Israel, and the prophets, combine together?

Then he tells them that their houses, their temple, is left to them desolate. 
And that in Matthew 24, as Christ said on the Mount of Olives, his disciples
came to him secretively to ask him concerning these things.  What should be the
sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? Well, Christ begins to tell
them, "Let no man deceive you, for many shall come in my name, saying I am
Christ, and shall deceive many."

A lot of bible students think that verse refers to the people coming, and saying
that  they themselves are Christ.  Well naturally, if someone came claiming to
be Christ, Christ covers that subject by saying, that "If any shall say, Lo he's
in the desert believe him not, go not forth. If he has a secret chamber, believe
him not." But he goes on to say that as lightning shines in the east, even to
the west, so also shall his coming be." He goes on to add, "But wheresoever the
carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together."

Now unless we knew what was on the mind of Christ, the day he sat with his
disciples on the Mount of Olives, and gave the instruction to them according to
Matthew 24; unless we could look into his mind, we would only have to speculate,
it would only be an opinion to try to figure out what it means, "wheresoever the
carcase is, the eagles..." What carcass? Whose carcass? What eagles? What are
the eagles?

Well, Christ tells you of many signs in Matthew 24. He says, "when ye shall see
the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the
Holy Place, (Of course, it says ye that readeth, let him understand), those who
are in Judea are supposed to flee into the mountains.

Now, what kind of points are these? What is in the mind of Christ? Is Christ
trying to tell us that we need to go back and study the prophet Daniel, to see
if maybe Daniel had some insight, in regards to an abomination that maketh
desolate? Now, an abomination is something nobody wants, especially if it makes
us desolate. Now, what do these things mean?

Well, we learned earlier in the Book of John, Christ stated, "My doctrine is not
mine, but he who sent me." Now, we've got Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and
everybody in the Christian world who's free, to hear these men reveal Christ.
The Christ they lived with. The Christ they loved. The Christ that they didn't
understand sometimes. The Christ they had to see cruelly mocked, and beaten, and
ridiculed, and rejected, and killed.

But thanks be unto God on the cross, their Jesus stated, "Father forgive them,
for they know not what they do." And he also said, which is the point that we're
fixin' to get into quite heavily, "Father, into thine hands, I commend my
spirit."

Taking from Psalms 31, we begin to see that Christ is quite well-versed in the
Scriptures, just like the Gospels tell us, when he confronted the devil. Always
referring against the temptation by stating, "It is written, it is written, it
is written."

Now what is this spirit of Christ? Well, they pierced his side, and out his side
came blood and water.  Again another mystery. Which became something to do with
eating his body and drinking his blood, (some implements for The Church). But
what does these things really mean? Well, after we've read Acts and learned of
the Power on Pentecost -- the "cloven tongues of fire" that came upon the
apostles who by mercy through Christ, were given another chance to recover from
their falling.

We learned through Romans that there is a righteousness of God in Christ,
"Declare his righteousness." We learn in Corinthians 1st & 2nd; we learn in
Ephesians, Galatians, and Phillipians... Ohh! We have such a wealth of
information of such intelligent men, who speak sometimes very deep, mystical
things about a God, who is in the form of humanity, who is the Son of God, who
sits at the right hand of God in the highest courts of the universe. Who
promises that one day He will come again.

Well, the last living Apostle, through this great controversy, (and I might add,
those who persecuted Christ), who would not hear him no matter what sign was
given, also persecuted his disciples.

And finally, we end up in the Book of Revelation, where John, the last living
disciple, on the isle of Patmos, being a prisoner for the word of God, and for
the testimony of Jesus Christ, (which no doubt is a thing Jesus has to say).
Which would probably be quite controversial to the things that the Pharisees and
Sanhedrin of the day had to say, we're sure.

He, (being on this isle of Patmos a prisoner on the Lord's day), had a vision. 
And it states in this vision, (we should all be familiar with it hopefully, or
get familiar with it), he has a messenger, The Angel Lord, come to him, who
identifies himself as the Spirit. And he is told to write to the seven churches
of Asia.  Of which we can see clearly in the Scriptures, that they were given
specific and direct messages from Christ. And in each one of these messages,
Christ specifically told to the churches what he would have them to do.

{Now we know that Christ is the only man in Scripture who ever kept The Law of
God perfectly.  We know that because we've heard the writings of the apostles. 
But, sad to say, the religious leaders of his days, and the majority of the
populace of his days, didn't think so. It's funny how that is. It's kind of like
people always like to build the sepulchres of the dead prophets, and garnish
their tombs, but yet they hate and kill living prophets. Only God knows why that
is.}

But nonetheless -- the church of Ephesus, Smyrna, Thyratira, Sardis,
Philadelphia, Laodicea -- the churches thus involved, (for anyone to read),
direct counsel given, beginning with "To the Angel of the church of Ephesus
write these things, then... blah-blah," and what happens is this message is
given.  And then the decision is up to those who profess Christ. Each counsel
ends with, "he that has an ear to hear, (`only if you want to know'), let him
hear what the Spirit sayeth unto the churches. "

Finally, we get to the fourth chapter of Revelation, (and the student of
Scriptures becomes interested in the subject), which according to John says,
"After these things...", ( of course he was referring to the last part of the
3rd chapter of the message to Laodicea). He says, after these things, "I fall...
and behold a door was open into heaven. And the first voice which spake to me as
it were a of a trumpet, talked with me." Which says, "come up hither and I will
show you that which must be hereafter."

Now, the question to every true Christian is this: Is John telling it as a
truth, or is John lying to us? We know he just gave counsels to the 7 churches
of Asia, (which were alive and hopefully in good health when he first gave these
letters to them).  But nonetheless, they being of Asia are no wise the same
people of us today, or even of the oncoming years thereafter.

So the events of Chapter 4 clearly explained by John, that his messenger as sent
to him stated that he'd be taken up hither, (therefore a door opened into
heaven, the Bible records), and he would be shown things which must be
hereafter, sometimes after John's day.

Now what does he behold? In chapter 4 of Revelation, he says that he was in the
spirit, "immediately I was in the spirit, and behold a throne was set in
heaven." And he states the throne was occupied. "One sat on the throne." He sat
upon a throne which was lined with jasper and sardonyx stone.  (A careful
student of Scripture knows all the way through prophecy, all the way through the
Bible, as far back as the days of Genesis, even to the prophecy of Deuteronomy
32, where it says, "God is a rock; he is a rock." And his work is done in truth
and righteousness. All the prophets refer to God as a rock.

Now here we see in Revelation John likewise witnesses God has the appearance of
a Jasper and Sardonyx Stone. He claims that there was a rainbow round about the
throne ... like an Emerald.  He carefully saw that there were living creatures
around the throne saying that God is holy, holy, holy -- which was, and is, and
is-to-come. A God, who created all things, "for His pleasure they were and are
created."

Now this instruction emphasizes that there is a God, a kingdom, a judiciary. (In
the respect that John witnesses that there are "24 elders sitting on 24 thrones"
seems to imply a judgment.) But uniquely enough in this judgment, or in this
throne. (Or "in this heavenly sanctuary," as we see from the writings of Paul
the Apostle. Paul talks about the heavenly sanctuary, the heavenly Zion.)

In this sanctuary we see a God, a rainbow, a throne; living creatures stating
that God is holy, which was, and is, and is to come (God of the past, present,
and future). And that this God, who is the creator of all things, is holy and
deserves to be worshipped. We continue on in chapter 5 to see, that "I beheld,"
John says, "in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book, or a scroll
-- sealed with seven seals." (Notice it's written on the inside and the
backside.)

Well, the meaning of these things can only be speculated, until we have solid
proof.  (In other words, unless we were there ourselves to see it in detail.)
Then what we are allowed to see in the Scripture, as John also beholds, is a
mighty angel. In this throne room were  all these angels: "thousands times
ten-thousands and thousands" are called together. And this mighty angel
questions all those in heaven, "Who is worthy to open this book, and to loose
the seven seals thereof?" Clearly Scripture states "no man in heaven, neither on
earth, neither under the earth," (of course `buried,' we do have dead in this
world, you know), "was worthy to open, neither to look thereon."

So hey, God says in Scripture, at least John testifies in Scripture, that the
Mystery of God -- His Book -- is sealed. Well, what happens is, as we continue
on, we see in Chapter 5, that John begins to weep until one of the elders says,
"Weep not John; behold the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the root of David, hath
prevailed to open the Book, and to loose the seal thereof." (Of which we know
the Lamb, being a symbol of Christ, is brought to view.) And John beheld a Lamb
that had been slain (in the midst of the throne and the 4 beasts and the Elders)
with 7 eyes and 7 horns.

Well, what's the meaning of these things? If God does have a revelation of Jesus
Christ, which he gives to him to show to his servants, then here we begin to see
the meaning of these things. We see that God has a Book, which must be
hereafter. (Sometime after John's day; can-not be before John's day.) The event
is clearly identified as one which must be in the hereafter, and in this event
there's a judgment that takes place. The Question -- "Who is worthy?" (The
answer, "No man.") The Answer to this -- "Only the Lamb." So in Scripture the
Lamb comes to the One on the Throne and takes the Book out of his right hand,
and all of heaven bows before Him and gives him glory and honor. And then John
beheld the Lamb in Chapter 6, beginning to OPEN THE SEALS.

Now, I've heard a lot of statements the past couple of days, from people that
are versed in Scripture, from people that are students of the Bible, saying this
and saying that about the meaning of these seals. But remember, we already see
that in heaven, Christ, when he reveals the seals -- He is the only one that can
do so.  And remember it's already been said it's a revelation of him, so there's
a mystery between God the Father, His Book, and Christ, and what He is to
reveal.

What Scripture does tell us though, is that John beheld The Lamb open the 1st
seal in chapter 6, "There was a noise of thunder, and one of the 4 beast said
come and see." John witnessed <excuse me>. John witnessed that when he opened
the 1st seal, there was "behold a white horse, and he that sat up on him had a
crown, a bow was given to him, and he went forth conquering and to conquer."
Well, how does this reveal Christ? Oh, well, a lot of people will tell you this
was the early christian church.  The white horse is a symbol of purity. Some
even say this is the anti-christ. But now wait a minute. A lot of opinions have
been given on this subject.

So also on the 2nd seal.  The man on the red horse has a great sword, going
forth (you know) killing one another... I mean come on! Is this a revelation of
Jesus Christ?

o "One who has a bow ... conquering and to conquer."  Sounds like war.

o And the 2nd seal -- "A great sword ... that they should kill one another."
Sounds terrible.

o The 3rd seal -- "man on a black horse," has balances. You know. What's this
wheat and barley stuff? "Hurt not the oil and the wine."

o The 4th seal -- "a pale horse," the name of the one who sits on there is
Death, and Hell follows him. How can these things reveal Christ?

o The 5th seal -- Souls under altar, crying to God to avenge their blood which
was shed upon the earth. I mean, what is this?

o The 6th seal -- Suns and stars being darkened. The heavens depart as a scroll.
The sons of men crying to the rocks and mountains to hide them from the  face of
the One who sets upon the Throne. I mean "The One who sets upon the Throne,"
that's The Father. That's The Rock isn't it? What can these      things mean?

o The 7th seal is opened. And all of a sudden "the angel at the altar." Then we
begin to see the opening of the trumpets.

Remember now, the 7th seal contains all the information from that point -- to
the rest of the Bible.

The trumpets contain a very interesting and unique story, but remember, we've
got to understand "how to find the key" to interpret these things -- not with
our opinions, but with the mind of God. And no one can do that, unless we have
the Spirit of God. And no one can have that unless God gives it to us.

Now let me review.

Notice how during the 6th seal, the question is asked in the time of God's
apparent wrath, "Who shall be able to stand?" "For the day of his wrath is come
and who shall be able to stand?"

Notice how that in the next chapter, chapter 7, NOT an additional seal is
opened, but an answer. John sees that he beheld 4 angels standing on the 4
corners of the earth, holding the 4 winds of the earth; if the winds should not
blow on the earth, nor on the tree, or sea.

And he saw an angel ascending from the east having the seal of The Living God.
What could that seal be? Who is The Living God? Is the Living God the One on the
Throne? Does the Living God have something we need to know? Does the Living God
have some kind of seal? What could the SEAL be? We know there's 7 seals, but
that's sealed. No one can know that but Christ. Well, who is that angel from the
east?

Yes, in Matthew 24, a lot of ministers confront me and say, "there will be many
false prophets in the latter days." For remember, Christ told his disciples
then, that when they see the "abomination of desolation," as spoken of by the
Prophet Daniel, they would understand something. And he also said, that when
they shall say in the desert, go not forth ... he's in the secret chamber,
believe it not. "For as lightning in the east shall shine unto the west, so also
shall the Son of Man be."

When the 7th seal opens -- there's silence. And 7 angels and 7 trumpets prepare
themselves to sound.  And it appears that some terrible plagues take place. What
could these things mean? Well, just as there was an interruption under the 6th
seal, so is there an interruption under the 6th trumpet. Under the 6th trumpet
we learn about a mighty of 200 million. What are they doing?

Well, we see that during the break of this, in chapter 10, a mighty angel comes
down from heaven -- clothed with a cloud, his face as it were the sun, his feet
are pillars of fire, and he has in his hand a little book opened. He puts his
right foot on the earth, left foot on the sea, and cries and a lion roars. When
he cried, 7 Thunders uttered their voices. Now what are these 7 Thunders? What
do these things mean? How do we categorize this book? What are we really looking
at?

Remember, it is a revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to Him, and
remember the most fearful warning ever given to man is the warning found in
Revelation 22, where Christ says, "For I testify to every man that hears the
word of this prophecy: If any man should add to the words of this prophecy, God
shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this prophecy. And if any man
shall take away from the words of this prophecy, God shall take away his name
OUT of the Lamb's Book of Life, and from the things in prophecy."

Now that's fearful. That means the book is not to be messed with or pranked with
by anybody who would dare think that they can by speculation, or private
opinions, unlock the mystery of the seals and what they contain.  Remember the
events of the 7th seal. Contained from the 7th chapter on, the  trumpets and the
information thereof, just as the 6th seal contains information thereof.

Well then, what must be hereafter, after John's day? A revelation of who? Who
gave it to him? Who only can reveal it, (Revelation 22). Who's going to come?
What's he going to bring, his reward? What is his reward? Is it true in Isaiah
40 & 41 that He's going to come with a strong hand? Who is the "Behold my
servant, whom I uphold?" What do these things mean?

Well, we know in the 1st seal, that Christ opens it and we hear the noise of
thunder. One of the four beasts says, "come and see ... and behold a white
horse." He that sat upon him had a bow. A crown was given to him and he went
forth conquering to conquer.

Well, in order to understand this seal, we have to find out a secret about
Christ. <tape clicks off and on> In the counsel to the church of Philadelphia,
we see Christ addresses that church in chapter 3 of Revelation, with this
message: "And to the angel of the church of Philadelphia write, these things
sayeth he that is holy, He that hath the key of David. He that openeth and no
man shutteth, and shutteth and no man openeth."

Well, what does he mean to this church -- "I set before thee an open door and no
man can shut it, for thy hath but a little strength?" What could this mean? What
is the Key-of- David? Isaiah 22 talks about the Key-of-David, but it refers to
"Eliakim." But still, what is the Key-of-David?

Well, of ancient times, Christ being the root and offspring of David. David was
a great king in Israel. And David was anointed of God, being a shepherd lad. But
through the power of God he was able to overthrow the greatest obstacle in his
day, Goliath, the Philistine. Using 5 smooth stones, he chose one, and it sunk
deep into the forehead of the giant.

Well, what happens is this. We see that this David wrote 150 Psalms that are
published in most Bibles of today's modern world. Now I say that because some
scholars will agree that there are other psalms, too. But as far as the King
James, and the books of that caliber, we have 150 psalms.

Well, our subject is the 1st seal. We don't want to have any opinions, though.
We just want to simply...  see if we can find the mystery of God in the
prophets.

Well, let's turn in our Bible to Psalm 45, and let's see if we can't get some
kind of hint in regards to what the 1st seal is. <tape clicks on and off> It
states here (this is the King James Version), "my heart is inditing a good
matter. I speak of the things which I have made touching the king." What could
it possibly mean? What does it mean, "my heart is inditing a good matter?" Does
that mean "my heart is inditing a good matter?" Is somebody's heart inditing a
good matter? "I speak of things I have made touching the king." Does that mean
by interpretation "I speak of the things I have made touching the king?" Is our
subject about a king? Is our subject about somebody's heart? Is our subject
about "my tongue is the pen of a ready writer?"

Now, who is talking here? Well, naturally David of Old is talking here, correct?
Well, who is the king he's talking about? Solomon? Well, let's see. "Thou art
fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God
has blessed thee for ever." Well, Solomon was a wise man wasn't he? Ok, it says
here, "gird thy sword upon thy thigh O most mighty, and with thy glory and thy
majesty." "And in thy majesty ride prosperously, because of truth. (I wonder
what Solomon rides? Probably, rides a horse, doesn't he?)

"And in meekness and righteousness, and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible
things." Huh? I guess with a sword in you right hand, you could learn a lot of
terrible things! Whoa. In verse 5, "Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the
King's enemies, whereby the people fall under thee." Hmmm.  Solomon doesn't seem
really like too nice of a guy.  That is if he's your enemy.

But anyway, "Thy throne, O God, is for ..." Huh? wait a minute! "Thy throne O
God is for ever and..." Now, wait a minute.  Is David saying that Solomon is
God? No -- he's probably just saying that God is God. Well, why would a prophecy
about Solomon have to do with God's throne? "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and
ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.  Though lovest
righteousness and hateth wickedness: therefore God, thy God..." Wait a minute,
"therefore God, thy God," what could this possibly mean? Who is what God? "Thy
God has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows." This is very
strange, or is it?

Well, let's look at it again a little closer. Scripture says that David was a
man after God's own heart. Although David transgres- sed, and that in no wise is
like God's heart.  But nonetheless, David was a prophet, and he was inspired.
Could it be that David was used by God to write down God's messages that would
one day be revealed by Christ? If Christ does have the Key-of-David, would he
not be able to reveal the heart of God?

God in heaven looks to be a rock, doesn't he? "Oh hard rock God, right. God's
long, God's hard..." But wait a minute, through Christ we can see that God is
not as hard as you think he is.

Look at God. Come up hither, in the light of judgment, and see the Father on the
throne.  See the book in his right hand, and watch him give it to Christ, and
watch him open the 1st seal. And let's see about this man on the white horse who
has a crown and a bow.

Now, God is the one who is ridden. "My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak
of things which I have made..." Is God a maker? Is he Creator? What does he want
to talk about? The things he's made touching the king. Who is the king? Could it
be Christ? "My tongue is the pen of a ready writer." Did God write a book? Does
God want to talk about His Son according to a Book? Well, what does God then
think about His Son? "Thou art favored of the children of men."

Well, if that's what God thinks? Although, Isaiah 53 says, that they will see in
him no beauty or desire him; God, nevertheless says, "He is fairer than the
children of men." Why?! "Grace, is poured into thy lips." Huh? I guess whatever
Christ says, those who hear it, will find grace, won't they.  Therefore, "God
has blessed thee for ever."

Well. "Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty." Is Christ the most mighty?
"With thy glory and thy majesty," I mean it seems like in Revelation all of
Heaven bowed before the Lamb, did they not? That's a lot of glory. "For thou
were slain to receive power, honour, glory, riches, wisdom, kingdom, might,"
Oooh! That's a lot of inheritance there. Especially in the Gospel when it says,
"I have received all things from my Father. "And in thy majesty ride
prosperously because of truth."

So what could this truth be? What truth in the Bible talks about riding a horse
prosperously  and its truth? Could it  be Revelation? Could it be the 1st seal?
Maybe a truth about Christ? Maybe a truth about him being a king, (which is a
crown)? Could it be a truth about him having a horse, riding conquering and to
conqueror? Huh.

So because of truth, the truth of God's Book, the heart intention of He's
indited. His tongue is the pen of a ready writer. And he doesn't say nothing in
the judgement. You see, He just gives it to the Lamb. And, you know the Lamb:
rides prosperously; writes in truth, in meekness and righteousness, "And thy
right hand shall teach thee terrible things." Oooh. Well, what's that in his
right hand -- a sword or a book?


Well, what does this book teach? My arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's
enemies. Surely, Solomon... was he a killer? Did he kill for God? Christ, is he
a killer? Did he kill for God? Will Christ ever destroy the wicked, "whereby the
people fall under thee?" What kind of gospel is this? "Thy throne, O God, is
forever and ever," Is Christ God? "The sceptre of thy kingdom is a right
sceptre." I mean, does he deserve to rule? Why?

Does he love righteousness and hate wickedness? Therefore God is not Christ,
God... thy God? Is not his God -- the Father? Is he not going to anoint him
above (with oil of gladness) above his fellows? What is this oil of gladness?
"All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory
palaces," what about it made thee glad? I mean, should Christ ever be made glad?
Where's this at? When's this take place?

"King's daughters were among the honourable women." What's that? "Upon thy right
hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir."  How can this be Christ? Christ is
God. What would he be doing with a woman?  Well, maybe she's the church. Maybe
she's the spiritual church.  Well, who's the king's daughters then? Hmmm.  Maybe
there's more than one church.

Well, whatever it may be, we know in verse 10, whether it's a spiritual church,
or a literal woman, there's one thing required. "Hearken, O daughter, and
consider..." Consider what? Consider God's heart inditing in good matter.
Consider Who the King is. Consider who's going to be the Powerful One.  Who's
going to win. Consider about the Throne of God. Considering maybe Revelation --
Who the Father gives The Book to.

"Incline thine ear; forget also thine own people and thy father's house." Well,
if this was a spiritual church, it would seem kind of funny, for God to tell the
spiritual church, to forget her own people, (which would be her denomination of
the Father's house), which would be..., well I thought her father would be God,
if it were spiritual?

Now, if it were a literal girl, "Hearken, O daughter, consider, incline thine
ear;" then we can understand naturally, if a girl is going to marry a man, she
has to uproot the one family, and join to another. Not completely, but we
understand what we're saying. So if she wants to listen and learn -- "so should
the king greatly desire thy beauty, for he is thy lord, and worship thou him."

"And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift." Who's Tyre? Wonder what
that is? "Even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favor." Rich people
want to intreat the favor of this queen?

"The king's daughter is all glorious within." How did she become the king's
daughter? "Within?" Why is she glorious within? Does she have a truth, or
somethin'? Is there some kind of light she has within her? Her clothes are of
"wrought gold." She is to be brought to the king in raiment of needlework.

"The virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee. With
gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought.  They should enter into the king's
palace." Instead of thy fathers, it shall be thy children." Now, what does that
mean?

Well, let's break this down. If Christ is the Son of God, if that's the case,
and if we all are sons of God, if we believe in Christ; then naturally every
girl would be a daughter of God, wouldn't she? Well, we look up to the Father on
the Throne, of which we want to exalt. We know that He is greater than all. And
He's Christ's Father, and He's also everyones' Father. And Psalms 83 said, God
says, "I say, you are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High."
[should be, Psalms 82:6]

Hosea teaches us that we're to say, "You're not my people." There should be
said, "You're the sons of the living God." So Christ says in the Gospels, "if he
calls him God, to whom the word of God came, the law can not be broken."

Well, we're ruining God's Word -- it's God's Spirit. This is what makes us
become born again, born by the Spirit, the knowledge of God. Well, so, a girl
believes in God, and so does everybody else that believes in God.  So therefore
God the Father has many children, doesn't he? Christ being the firstborn, and
... all thereafter that believe. But instead of thy fathers, it should be thy
children, "whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth."

To the person that really doesn't understand Scripture, this would seem to be a
very controversial subject.  I mean, Christ never had any wife, has to be
Spiritual. "I'll make thy name remembered in all generations, therefore shall
the people praise thee for ever and ever."

Well even if it is Spiritual, we know one thing; We know that are the servants
of God, know that Psalm 45 is the very prophecy which must be hereafter
according to the 1st seal. But just to make sure we know it's going to be
fulfilled, let's turn in our Bible to REVELATION 19. (Just so we can get a
better caption of what we are really looking at.)

Now remember, in the 18th chapter of Revelation, we know that Babylon the Great
falls. She made all nations drink of some kind of wine of the wrath of her
fornication. Now, we find that something very bad happens, and then in verse 23
of Chapter 18, "no more light of the candles shall shine there, nor the voice of
the bridegroom and the voice of the bride."

Well, the merchants, who are the great men of the earth, it says in verse 23,
"And for by their sorceries were all the nations deceived." We all know about
capitalization.  We know about advertisement selling something, making it better
than what it really is. "For here is found the blood of prophets, and saints,
and of all that were slain upon the Earth." You see, just because people don't
accept the truth from God's Word does not mean it's not Truth? And some truth
that we might teach can get us in trouble.

But anyway, in 1st verse, Chapter 19, it says, "And after these things I heard a
great voice of much people in heaven saying Alleluia, salvation, and glory, and
honour, and power unto the Lord our God." Why? "For true and righteous are his
judgments." I wonder what his judgments were?

Isaiah 51 talked about judgments of God.  Says something about, "HEARKEN to me,
ye that seek after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock
whereby you're hewn." Again, remember in Revelation, God the rock? If God is a
rock, he's the only one who can make us new, right? And it says, "look to the
pit from which you're dug," in Isaiah 51. It talks about Abraham and promises of
God. Then it says, "Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my
nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for
a light to the people."

Now, we know that what the Law of God commands is the 10 Commandments, but we
know when God sent His Son into the world, he was the Law made flesh. And
although he kept the law perfectly; nonetheless,  he also  forgave, based  on
men's ignorance. "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do." But he
also commended his Spirit into the hands of God so that none would be without
excuse.

We all know on the right hand of God there's more light..., more light(!), to be
known. So if God's judgments, (which are the 7 seals), are righteous and true,
'cause he judges the great whore. (Which no doubt a whore is not a very faithful
bride, is she? Absolutely not!)  "Which did  corrupt the earth  with her
fornication and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand?"

It seems like this great whore doesn't commit itself to God, herself to God,
does she? And she probably will be responsible for the blood of God's servants,
because she probably won't know where they're coming from. "And again they said,
Alleluia, and he smoke rose up for ever and ever."

So we know Babylon the great is a big whore, right? I mean, she's not really
very faithful, when it comes to God's Word, when it comes to knowing God's
Truth. And I betcha she's the kind of person that'll claim to be with a guy, and
love a guy, and not even know where he's coming from -- that's how most whores
are, isn't it? Just think of how many people claim they love Jesus Christ, and
that there is... they don't even know where the seals are found in the
prophecies.  Huhhh. I wonder what that could mean?

"And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God
who sat upon the Throne." "And a voice came in heaven," verse 5 says, "Praise
our God." How many? "All ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and
great." "Heard the word, of the voice of a great multitude, and the voice of
many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings saying, Alleluia: for the
Lord God Omnipotent reigneth." (All powerful reigns!)

"Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the
Lamb", (which we learned about in Psalm 45), "is come." So here we see that in
Psalm 45, the Lamb only has to destroy his enemies. And who are his enemies?
Those who do not believe the word of God.

Now if a person never had a chance to know -- you've got to forgive 'em -- for
they don't know what they do. But should anybody dare, try to go against the
Truth of God, and try to hurt Christ, because they know not, and refuse to know,
well then, we're talking somethin' serious.

"Let us be glad ...  and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is
come, and his wife has made herself ready." How do you think that girl in Psalms
45 made herself ready? Do you think she made herself ready by denying God on the
throne? By denying the importance of the Lamb opening the 1st seal? Do you think
she made herself ready by denying that Christ had a Key-of-David?

Well, if so then Psalms 45 wouldn't mean nothing to her, would it? But anyway,
it says, "To her it was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean
and white, for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints."

My friends, are you right? Are you right? Don't worry about me.   Are you right?
Does your Father sit on a throne? Does He have a Book in his hand? Did he give
it to the One you say you love?  Was the promise that "I come, and my reward is
with me"?  Was that not true? "For someone that so loved the world that he gave
his only begotten son," do you not believe God's Heart indites a good matter?

The question of the judgment is not who's done wrong, or who's done evil. The
question is, "Who is Worthy?" Now, Christ doesn't come to be worthy above you. 
Christ comes to give you his knowledge, his righteousness. And is it not right
that Psalms 45 is the same as the 1st seal? Is not Revelation 19 confirming
this?

Well, if she has the righteousness of saints, we as saints, should we not know
rightly how to divide the Word of God... (line upon line, precept on precept; is
he here, there; and a little here, and there a little.) ...the Truth of God?

He said, "Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of
the Lamb. And he said unto me, these are the true sayings of God." Well, some
people may not think so.

But now notice how John wanted to fall down and worship before the feet of the
angel which showed him these things? He said, "See thou do it not: for I am thy
fellowservant and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God:
for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of Prophecy.

What do yo want to do? Do you want to learn about the wrath of Christ by him
riding a white horse into heaven and destroying the unbelievers? Or would you
rather him just come, and teach you these things ahead of time?

"And John saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that  sat upon him
was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war."
He doesn't do it out of unrighteousness. There's a truth that's almost 2,000
years old called the Revelation.  And men have built up empires and churches,
all in the name of Christ. But have they given to their people the knowledge of
which only the Lamb can give? No.

"His eyes were as a flame of fire," the way he sees, with 7 eyes, really burns.
"And on his head were many crowns," He takes those from the kings of the Earth,
you know. "And had a name written that no man knew, but he himself."

People don't understand what the name Koresh means. No one knows. Scholars can
not tell you. Look at all the concordances, and they don't know. But it's found
in Isaiah 45. It was originally a name given to a Persian king, who overthrew
ancient Babylon. But there's a mystery to the name Koresh. He was clothed in a
vesture dipped in blood, because people don't like to learn the truth that's not
out of their own head. And his name is called the Word of God.

That's why so many times Christ has to be rejected.  For people know not the
Word of God, and without knowing the Word of God, The Book, they'll not know the
seals. Without knowing the seals, they'll do unto Christ, fulfilling (Isaiah.. 
excuse me) Matthew 24, "where the carcass is, there will be eagles gathered
together." Why? Because Isaiah says, he'll come with a strong hand, and what's
stronger than that book of seven seals -- that's the Word of God -- fulfilling
what it says in John.  "He that believeth me, believeth not on me, but on him
that sent me. For my doctrine is not my own, but his that sent me." And the
armies which are in Heaven followed him upon white horses. There. That's the
Armageddon here. Clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Now, Isaiah 13 will tell you more detail. Just like in Joel 2. You'll also learn
in Joel 2, as well as Zephaniah, and Amos, and Hosea, all the different
prophecies referring to these seals.

Now let me emphasize something to you again, when you read Psalms 1, always keep
your mind up hither -- and remember --I'm giving you a Key-of-David now. I'll
share with you. Every time you read a psalm, like in Psalms 1, the judgment is
the one spoken of in Revelation 4 and 5. When you read Psalms 2, the heathen
that rage, that imagine vain things, they're the ones whose thoughts are
contrary to the thoughts of God.  "Against the Lord and against his anointed,
saying, "Let us break their bands asunder and cast their cords from us."

You see, when the Lamb comes again, there's only one way to know who he is: He
has to reveal the 7 seals.  "That men may not be judged by the law, for all have
broken the law and come short of glory of God." That they might be judged by
nothing more than Truth. 'Cause notice in Psalms 2, <tape cuts off and on>, the
heathen rage, and they imagine a vain thing -- they want to stop this anointed
one. "Let us break his bands asunder." What do you think that is? How many bands
are there on the book? There are seven bands on the book.

Why this is happening today.  He that sits in heaven, that's the Father you
know, sits on the throne.  He laughs! He laughs while men begin to make the
worst mistake they've ever made.  All the nations, from Babylon, to Persia,
Greece, and Rome, were judged by a judgment, and they fell when it became time
for God to make them fall.

Now, yes, in Psalms 2 it says, "I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said
unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee." Well, aren't we all
sons of God if we hear the words of God? Now the Psalms are not written because
Christ is desiring to destroy mankind. On the contrary.  The warnings of Psalms
1, in the light of the judgment is so that men might fear, and receive
redemption. The same is Psalms 2. Absolute terrible warnings are given, such as,
"I will dash them to pieces with a rod of iron," right? We know that Christ
would never want to do that.

But finally, it comes to a time when judgment must begin. Clearly it says
[Psalms 2:10-12] "Now therefore be ye wise, ye kings of the earth, be instructed
ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, rejoice with trembling. Kiss
the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled
but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him."

Now, ministers should show you where the seals are.  I have just given you a
small little taste. Is Psalms 45 the same as Revelation? Doesn't that make it
plain? It's the subject of Christ getting married. A subject of Christ having to
deal with the enemies, who believe not God's Word. Does not Psalms 1 teach us to
stand in the judgment, don't sit in the seat of the scornful, or of the
sinners?

Only God's thoughts are holy. And when God's thoughts be revealed in the seven
seals, all true Christians should make that their first and foremost interest.
In Psalms 2, why do the heathen have to rage, why do they have to fight the guy
that's got the seals? In Psalms 3, who's the person there that says, "Many say
of my soul there's no help for him in God." How come people have to judge
according to appearances of things, but they won't open their eyes and ears and
hear where a person's coming from? In Psalms 4, who is the one speaking there
where it says, "O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? How
long will you seek after leasing, and love vanity?

But know that the Lord has set apart him that is Godly for himself: the Lord
will hear when I call unto him." Who in the heavens has God separated from all
of heaven -- a part -- that is Godly for himself. The Lamb who wishes to judge
no man after the flesh, but gives to all men a truth in fulfillment of the
testimony of John:

"That if you continue in my doctrine, then you are my disciples indeed, and ye
shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free."

In Zechariah, who is the man on the red horse? Doesn't Revelation talk about a
man on a red horse? How does it apply? In the 3rd seal, the Book of Hosea, who
is that merchant man with "the balances of deceit," that Hosea speaks of? Could
it be that man who has balances -- who's trying to sell? I mean, what are we
dealing with here? Where is the 4th seal found in the prophecies? The 5th seal?
The 6th seal? The importance of the seals is that if you do not listen, you are
going to end up making the worst mistake, you've ever made, in all of your
lives.

We made an agreement, with the ATF agents, that if they would allow me to have
national coverage with this tape: that I might give to the world a small
minute.. a small minute bit, of the information that I have tried so hard to
share with people; that if I would do this, that all the people here at the
facility (compound here, as y'all call it) will give ourselves over to the
world, give ourselves out to you.  And this is what I promised. And this is what
we're going to keep.

Now remember, Revelation Chapter 13 tells us, very clearly what our ideology
should be toward that beast, and all the world that wonders after that beast.
Who do they worship? Remember, before I said it to you, God said it. They
worship the dragon. And will Christ give up on anybody for worshipping the
dragon unwillingly? No. Just like the woman at the well. "Woman, you know not
whom you worship," Christ told her.  But now in Spirit and in Truth, let's come
up hither to where I come from. Let's believe in a God on the Throne now. All
churches. Papacy, Lutherans, we're all brethren.  But let's get into unity with
one God, one Truth, one Lamb,  one Spirit  -- and  let's  receive the  reward of
righteousness.

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I can just take questions today.  I 
have no announcements to make.

     

     Q
  There's a tie.

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  There is a real tie.  It's a 
Picasso tie.  

     

     Q
  Does that run on double a's or nine volts?  
(Laughter.)

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  What are you going to come up with 
tomorrow now?

     

     Q
  George, can -- speak up.  I can't hear you over his 
tie.  (Laughter.)

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  You wasted two in one day.  Why 
don't you come on up here?  Go ahead.  Five minutes is clicking.  You 
had better go ahead.

  Senator Dole says there's enough money in the 
relevant accounts to do a lot to cover your jobs program this summer, 
and, therefore, no emergency there.  Is that true?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  It's money that's already allocated 
for other projects.  The emergency here is that we need to get 
funding for the programs the President has laid out.  We need funding 
for summer jobs; it's not there.  We need funding for immunization; 
it's not there. 

     

     Q
     no summer?  Did you say --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Not no money, but none for the 
additional summer jobs the President wants to create.  And the 
proposal he had would create 700,000 new jobs this summer --

     

     Q
  How many can you cover out what's there now?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I don't have that.  I know that 
ours was going to be 700,000 additional on top of the money already 
appropriated.  And the President believes that these jobs are 
important.

     

     Q
  What about immunization?  Dole also claims that 
there's enough money in the immunization account to do most of what 
you seek to do.  

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Again, the President's program 
would make sure we could get the immunizations done this summer.  The 
money currently obligated does not do that.

     

     Q
  Does the President or anybody in the White House 
have any input into the operation in Waco?

     
  

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  The Attorney General informed the 
President yesterday that they were planning on going ahead with this 
kind of an operation.  But it's a decision by the Attorney General 
and the FBI.

     

     Q
  George, since the Attorney General works for the 
President, isn't it fair to say that it's a presidential decision not 
to stop it?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  The President was clearly informed 
of --

     

     Q
     apparently gave approval to do it, or he could 
have stopped it.

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, he didn't stop it.  No, he 
didn't stop it.  The Attorney General informed --

     

     Q
  So in not stopping it, he approved it.

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  We can get into a philosophical or 
semantic discussion, but --

     

     Q
  Well, he assumes responsibility --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Certainly he is responsible, but 
it's the Attorney General and the FBI have operational control over 
this.  But clearly he was informed.

     

     Q
  Did she ask him for authorization?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  No, she informed him.  She said 
this is what the FBI would like to do.

     

     Q
  But why, George -- Dee Dee didn't know this morning 
-- why is it FBI and Justice as opposed to ATF --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  That was -- a special agent was put 
in charge -- I think it was within 24 hours of the original incident.  
That's not common practice. And the FBI has been --

     

     Q
  It's not a reflection on the agency?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Not in the least.  The FBI has been 
in control of this since the very beginning.

     

     Q
  Why did the President think this was the right time 
to go ahead?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  The FBI laid out -- I mean, the 
Attorney General for the FBI laid out the arguments.  And I can't get 
into all of the details of the argument.  It wouldn't be appropriate 
to do that while the situation is still going on.  But the Attorney 
General laid out the argument and the President made no objection.

     

     Q
  Has he received any reports today?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I think he's been -- we've been 
receiving periodic updates from the FBI.

     

     Q
  How closely is he following it, though, along those 
same lines?  Is this something he's following the news accounts?  Is 
someone there calling him from the Justice Department every hour or 
two hours or what?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Again, he's received periodic 
reports during the day.  I don't know how many he's received.  
Clearly, CNN is also giving it blanket coverage.  But the President 
has received reports from the Justice Department this morning.

     

     Q
  Shakey coverage.  (Laughter.)

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Wolf, what do you have to say to 
that?

     

     Q
  Bob Dole said yesterday that the Bush 
administration made a mistake in not acting sooner on the Bosnia 
situation, presumably along the lines you were advocating during the 
campaign.  What does the President think about that?  Does he think 
that we missed our chance on that one, or is he -- does feel that the 
Bush administration blew this one?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, I don't think it serves any 
purpose to go back over the history of all this except to say that 
it's a tragic situation that the President was handed when he took 
office.  And he's been working since he took office to come up with, 
first of all, a diplomatic solution in doing what he can to stop 
Serbian aggression, to get some sort of agreement.

     

     Q
  Does he believe it was beyond reasonable action at 
that point when he was handed that tragic situation?


     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  It was clearly a tragic situation 
-- very deep difficulty.  But he's going to do what he can to rectify 
it.

     

     Q
  George, back to Senator Dole and his many comments 
yesterday.  One of the things he said was that the administration 
couldn't spend the money for the jobs program this summer if it got 
all that.  Are you --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, that's simply not true.  
We're prepared and the Labor Department has put in place plans for 
the summer jobs program.  As you know, Secretary Cisneros has also 
held a series of workshops around the country on implementation of 
this package if it were passed.  We're ready to go.

     

     Q
  George, can I ask you about Haiti?  

     

     Q
  Before Haiti, can we get back to Waco for one 
second?  We were just told the Waco -- the building, the compound is 
now on fire.  Have you heard about that?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  This just in.

     

     Q
  You've got to move faster.  (Laughter.)

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, what is just in is that CNN 
is now showing live footage of -- (laughter) -- of the building on 
the Koresh compound.  It's unclear what this is.  I have no 
independent information on this, as you know.  It's just reported.  I 
will try and get something and get it back to you.

     

     Q
  Can I ask about Haiti?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Sure.

     

     Q
  The situation in Haiti seems to be going back and 
forth.  It seemed a few days ago that a solution was imminent.  Now 
it seems to have gone by the wayside again.  Mr. Caputo met with Mr. 
Christopher.  What has the White House --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, obviously, we had hoped that 
there could have been quicker progress on this, but we have not given 
up hope for a resolution.  Secretary Christopher did meet with Mr. 
Caputo over the weekend.  Mr. Caputo's here in the United States 
still consulting.  Now, we will continue to follow it and we have not 
given up hope on a diplomatic solution at all.

     

     Q
  How about Mr. Pezzullo?  Is he still --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I don't think he's in Haiti right 
now but he's still working on it obviously.

     

     Q
  George, a follow on that.  Trade press in the 
Pentagon is reporting that the administration has asked the Joint 
Staff to develop a plan which would include a brigade strength 
military force that would enter Haiti presumably as a nation 
assistance -- part of a nation assistance program.  Is such a plan 
going forward?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I don't know about that specific 
recommendation, but as we've said in the past, we are prepared to 
help assist the professionalization of the Haitian military after an 
agreement.

     

     Q
  Under what conditions would that happen?  Would 
American ground forces be deployed --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Once we have an agreement in place, 
and we want it to be multilateral.

     

     Q
  Going back to Bosnia in your statement that the 
President is considering all his options and consulting on options 
with the Europeans, to what end?  Are you planning an action of some 
sort no matter what happens, or are you planning a response to 
whatever happens next or doesn't happen from the Serbians?  

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, we don't do anything no 
matter what, but I mean --

     

     Q
  Are you looking to implement something in the 
absence of any particular provocation from the Serbs now?  Have they 
crossed a line that you're just looking for an appropriate response?   
Or are you just trying to figure out what you'll do next after the 
evacuations are done or whatever?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  What we're looking to do is to do 
what we can to stop the aggression and to get an agreement.  I mean, 
I think that we will continue to press for that.  It is not yet clear 
that the situation is resolved in any way.

     

     Q
  What are you responding to, perhaps, is what I --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, we've been responding --

     

     Q
     options to respond to what specific thing?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  The fighting.  First of all, to the 
fighting, but also to the fact that no agreement is in place between 
the Bosnians and the Serbs.  That -- something they have agreed to in 
any way.  We need to do what we can to force that. 

     

     Q
  Under what circumstances would the United States 
take unilateral action?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I can't get into that.  We're now 
talking to our allies.  We are consulting inside the government as 
well on appropriate actions to take.  And right now, we just have 
nothing to say, and I can't get into some kind of hypothetical, open-
ended argument.  

     

     Q
  Is it your desire to wait until after the Russian 
referendum?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  It's our desire to announce 
something as soon as we can, as soon as we have a policy that's 
feasible.

     

     Q
  George when you discuss options, you're talking 
about military options, right?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  That would certainly -- it would 
include military options.

     

     Q
  I mean, wouldn't that have to be almost at this 
point the primary focus?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  There's a range of things we're 
looking at right now.  Among those are military options.

     

     Q
  The Russian envoy to Yugoslavia says that we have 
had a militarization of our thinking, the U.S., and that the 
President is being very hasty in his judgments now.  What is your 
response?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  The President has been taking 
appropriate action throughout this crisis.  We've worked with the 
U.N. to toughen sanctions, we've worked to get enforcement of the no-
fly zone.  We've worked on a new sanctions resolution, and now we're 
consulting with our allies on a range of other options.  We believe 
that that's what's appropriate, and we hope it will work.

     

     Q
  George, Dee Dee from this platform this morning 
said the President would take no unilateral actions, that it was all 
multinational.  Your answer on this last question:  I can't get into 
unilateral actions by the U.S. -- can you --

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Again, the preference for the 
President has always been to work with our allies, to work in a 
multilateral basis.  I would imagine that any action would be 
multilateral.  But I was asked a very open-ended question of all 
kind, in any place, would we ever take any sort of unilateral action, 
and I can't rule that out in all conceivable circumstances.  But 
obviously the President's preference is to take multilateral action.  
And that's why we're consulting with our allies now.

     

     Q
  Do you have any deadline for the jobs package, the 
summer related program?  How long can you take the filibuster before 
the money isn't going to -- you won't be able to start up some of the 
summer programs?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  I don't have a specific date.  I 
think that we're still well within the comfort zone.  But as -- the 
votes are scheduled for tomorrow.

     

     Q
  George, two questions.  Is the President prepared 
to make anymore concessions on his stimulus, the shrinking stimulus 
program and try to get it through?  How long are you guys willing to 
string this thing out?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  A vote is scheduled for tomorrow.  
And we hope that we're going to have the votes to go forward 
tomorrow.  We're consulting now.  I know that Senators Mitchell and 
Dole are meeting this afternoon.  There will be other contacts with 
Senators through the day, and we'll have to see what happens.  But 
the President has laid a good offer on the table.  We hope that the 
Senators will consider it.

     

     Q
  George, in his speech this morning, the President 
had some pretty strong words for Republicans about this package.  Is 
there any reason to believe that this is going to do any good at this 
point?  Doesn't this just turn up the heat for no particular reason?

     

     MR. STEPHANOPOULOS:  Well, it won't be for no particular 
reason if it passes.  We believe it will provide a lot of good
