Motorola To Supply Ukraine's First Digital Cellular Network
Motorola's European Cellular Infrastructure Division announced on
Wednesday, that it is to
provide the Ukraine with its first digital cellular communications
network. The company has been
awarded a four year contract worth some USD20 million by cellular
operator Bancomsvyaz for
the supply and installation of a DCS1800 network in the city of Kiev and
surrounding areas.
