Connector J2:

        J2 Pin 1 - Green = Ignition Sense 
        J2 Pin 2 - White = Horn Alert/Aux Input
        J2 Pin 3 - Black = Ground
        J2 Pin 4 - Red   = +12 VDC

If the phone has a molded plug, contact any cellular phone installer and 
request a harness or connector which doesn't have a molded plug. Typically,
they will have ready access to one. The Horn Alert Kit will connect to the 
second pin from the left.
