If phone power is on, turn off. 2. Turn phone on. wait for the solid blocks to disappear. 3. Enter 157*09#408 FCN RCL 76 RCL #01 RCL #71 You are now in NAM programming mode You can hit the 1, 2, 3, or 4 key to select from the 4 different NAM's. 4. After selecting the NAM you want to program, use the # key to cycle through the fields, and program them by entering the correct information you must cycle through all fields with the # key and end up back at the first screen (where you select the NAM #) for the programming to be successfull. When you have programmed your info, and are back at the NAM screen, you man continue to the next step. 5. At the NAM selection screen, you can repeat step 4 to program another NAM or you may hold down CLR for 2 seconds or so to return to the screen that says "TEST MODE". Once you finish programming, and are at test mode, enter RCL #02 to reboot the phone and make your changes effective. Note: At "TEST MODE" you can also enter RCL #24 to display the ESN or #22 to display the phone version number. the ESN is NOT keypad programmable.
