FrameFave 1.0 - Bruce J Schuck
==============================

FrameFave is a utility designed to enhance
Web surfing with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Therefore you need Windows 95 and Internet Explorer
installed on your machine.

Many commercial websites use a web page width of
around 600 pixels in order to allow people running
their monitors in 480x640 mode to read the pages
without difficulty. This means people with larger
15, 17 and 21 inch monitors running in 800x600 or
larger modes have a strip of wasted space on the side
of each page.

FrameFave reads all of the URL's in the "Favorites"
directory and creates several local web pages which
use frames. In the left hand frame will be a list of
all your Favorite web pages in alphabetical or
directory/alphabetical order. When you click on a favorites
that page will appear in the main frame. If you follow
links to other pages they will stay within the frame,

A single button click allows you to reset your Start Page
to FrameFaveHome.htm the main webpage created by FrameFave.

As well you can set up the first page you see with the click
of a button.

FrameFave also has the ability to drag and drop Favorites
from one Subdirectory to another allowing you to manage
your Favorites better.

Install
=======

To install just copy FrameFave.exe to any directory and run it.
No registry entries will be created or modified *except* for the
Interent Explorer Start Page (and that only happens when you
press a button).

Only four files will be created when the "Refresh All" button
is pressed and they appear in the same directory as the exe file.
They are FrameFaveBL.htm, FrameFaveHome.htm, FrameFaveReminder.htm
and frameFave.ini.
