Payment

As payment, we accept the following:
Be sure to list the complete credit card number and expiration date. All credit card orders must include a telephone number. We accept checks in US dollars, drawn on a US bank, made payable to Walnut Creek CDROM. We accept Money Orders in US dollars, also made payable to Walnut Creek CDROM.

All overseas orders must be pre-paid.

Only credit cards, and checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank will be accepted from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Greece, and Luxembourg.

California residents please add sales tax.

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee per order, not per item. For delivery within the US, Canada, and Mexico the shipping fee is $5 for first class postal mail delivery. For overseas delivery via airmail, the shipping fee is $9.

For customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for any and all additional charges for taxes and duties.

Subscription Plan

Walnut Creek CDROM offers a subscription plan for many of our most popular titles. When you subscribe to a particular disc, we'll send you a new version of the disc automatically at the subscription rate.

We'll bill your credit card when we ship (credit cards are the only payment method possible for our subscriptions). The normal shipping charge applies. You may cancel at any time, just write, call, fax, or email us.

We offer quarterly updates for: Ada, CICA, Hobbes OS/2, QRZ Ham Radio, Simtel MSDOS, and Blackhawk for Windows 95. We offer updates about every six months for FreeBSD, Slackware Linux, CICA-NT, C User's Group, and Project Gutenberg.

You get the convenience of receiving the latest programs delivered hot off the press. You save money too, since we sell subscriptions at a reduced price.
