QStart version 2.3 by GT Technologies: QStart is a Menu / Button Bar designed to simplify accessing programs and files under Windows, Windows95 and Window NT. QStart has a user definable number of pages, with 16 Launch Buttons per page. QStart can be configured to shrink to a small bar graph on the launch of any file. Supports Drag and Drop. Includes both 16 and 32 bit versions.
