Free Brush v1.1 Free Paint Program (true color) for Windows offers many features not found even in the top commercial graphics programs: picture "brushes", special effects, tilings, unusual drawing modes, plus fonts, etc. Requires Windows 3.1 or Win95; true-color graphics (but OK with 256 colors); 8 MB RAM recommended; VBRUN300.DLL. FREE from the American Free Electronic Library.
