SMS runs under Windows 3.x.  SMS stands for Soccer Management Simulator
and as its name suggests it is a soccer strategy game.
As we prefer software not to touch our WIN.INI file SMS does not attempt
to install itself.  To install SMS simply copy all the files to the
desired drive and directory.  Refer to your Windows manual or help-files
for instructions on installing it in a group.  SMS will happily run from
a floppy disk, it only accesses the disk to save or load, or while you
are using the help system.  The files needed are;
SMS.EXE  (the main program file)
SMS.DAT  (the main data file)
SMS.HLP  (the help file)
All these files must be in the same directory.
