Add Playland.exe to the group of your choice in windows.
This requires Windows 3.1 with Wave-Audio Support.
Wave-Audio support is available through Sound-Blaster,
    PC-Speaker with Driver (available on most BBS).
 
The game is basically the old game of Acey-Duece.  It has
    recently become very popular in Las Vegas.

This programs uses Microsoft's Visual Basic, Microsoft's
     Visual Basic Pro-Toolkit (Sound Support), and
     Micro-Help's VB-Tools 2.0 (Cards, Animated Icons, 3-D controls,
     Spin Controls ...)
