These are the borland OWL (Objects Window Library) dll files used with many
of my programs.  I distributed them separately so that people who downloaded
my programs would only have to download one copy of them rather than many.

Also, it saves a little disk space :)

This file is necessary for the program gmroom12.zip, uploaded at the same
time as this.  Please put it in the games directory or whereever you place
files like vbrun100.dll etc etc.
