TURN YOUR COMPUTER INTO A STROBELIGHT!

The FLASHER.EXE file is a Microsoft (tm) Windows application placed in
the public domain by the author, Kim Levitt (sysop of MBBS HQ PDSE at
(213) 653-6398). It was written basically as an exercise but might serve
some use in demonstrations, etc... It is a work in progress and I may
release an updated version in the future if any new features are added
or bugs fixed... (No bugs to my knowledge in this version and it is a
pretty "well behaved" (i.e. adhering to the style guide) Windows
application). (Well, except maybe for the full screen option...)

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM IF YOU ARE AN EPILEPTIC OR ARE OTHERWISE
SUSCEPTIBLE TO SEIZURES OR MENTAL ILLNESS! It pulses your screen at you
in black in white (on IBM CGA and other monochrome Windows set ups) or
in colors on an EGA system.. At lower frequencies (1/sec), there may be
no problem, but consult your physician before using if you are in any
doubt. THE AUTHOR CAUTIONS USERS TO USE THIS PROGRAM INTELLIGENTLY FOR
AMUSEMENT, TESTING AND DEMONSTRATIONS ONLY! DO NOT STARE AT THE SCREEN!

SPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MIGHT BE CAUSED BY THIS PROGRAM.
