To install this program, start windows, and run the setup.exe program.
This can be done by either double clicking on it within File Manager,
or selecting File|Run from the Program Manager Menu, then inputting the
full  path of the file (eg. if it is on a disk on drive a, enter a:\setup.exe)

Manual Install
--------------
   If, for any reason, the install routine does not work, you can do a
manual installation.  To do this, enter the directory where you wish to
install the files.  You now need to uncompress the following files :

bc450rtl.dl_
bids45.dl_
cocgen12.hl_
cocgen12.tx_
occ1.hl_
owl250.dl_
skills.hl_
cocgen12.ex_

   To do this, copy these files to your chosen directory.  Then, you
need to run expand them, type
        expand bc450rtl.dl_
    Then, when prompted for the new name, give bc450rtl.dll
Then, repeat for all the other files.  Their new names will be

bc450rtl.dll
bids45.dll
cocgen12.hlp
cocgen12.txt
occ1.hlp
owl250.dll
skills.hlp
cocgen12.exe

     Once the old compressed files have been expanded, they may be deleted.

     To create an icon for it in program manager, select File|New
from the menu, then choose new Item.  Give the full path of the file, or
use 'Browse' to navigate to the file.
