														Distribution License



Flat Rabbit Software exclusively gives anyone the right to distribute the
shareware game Boxem subject to the following provisions:


1.  Boxem must be identified as shareware.  The concept Shareware must be
		explained somewhere in the distribution so that the users understand
		that it is copyrighted and that the user must pay if they use it.


2.  The distributor may not charge more than $10 for a copy of Boxem.  If
		there is more than one game per disk or CD, then all calculations for
		this clause shall be figured by the following formula:

			 (disk or CD price) / (total number of games on the disk or CD).


3.  The distributor must stop selling copies of Boxem upon written request
		by Flat Rabbit Software.


4.  Boxem must be distributed as a whole.  No files may be added, taken
		away, or modified in any way.


5.  The distributor must correctly use and identify the trademark for Flat
		Rabbit Software.



6.  The distributor must notify Flat Rabbit Software in writing of the
		intent to distribute BOXEM.
