 þ Fixed a mouse problem that occured with some older mouse drivers, 
   and with OS/2.  Basically, the program wasn't checking the mouse 
   driver version before it attempted to use advanced features.

 þ Changed the logic of the "Are You Sure" question when trying to deal 
   a new hand while a game is in progress.  It now only asks if a game 
   is in progress (score > 0) and if there are cards left in the deck 
   or move moves are possible.

 þ Changed the "extra" sounds (in the registered version) from a random 
   to a sequential order.

 þ Added a sound configuration "front end" to the program.  FF13 will 
   recognize if it's running for the first time, or if the data file 
   was produced by version 1.00, and will prompt the user for 
   information on the sound card.  The purpose of this is to reduce the 
   problems with the "auto-configure" feature that was used in version 
   1.00.  If the BLASTER environment variable exists, the program will 
   get it's information from that, rather than asking the user.
