This is a crudely-ported (but fully functional, as far as I know) version
of GLIB for Windows 3.1.  It contains only the TX81Z support - if you want
the support for other synths, see the glib2.tar.Z file on louie.udel.edu.

The main purpose of this version is to provide an example of working
Windows 3.1 MIDI code that gets and sends both short and long MIDI messages.
This code is intended for compilation with Microsoft C/C++ 7.0.
The code of possible interest to Windows MIDI hackers is in machdep.c
and glibdll.c.  The code is not particularly clean, and it has only been
run on a 486/50 machine - i.e. I don't know if any timing
problems will arise on other machines (although I wouldn't expect any).
